In-depth physical description:
29-inch raven-black hair. She had medium-length elf ears. Her eye color also was a light brown but she had a thin bright blood-red ring that surrounded her pupil, and sharper canines. Long, sharp but healthy nails. Almost forming like small claws.
Presentation:
Her type of clothing choice is only in three categories. It must be feminine and have small hints of bright colors that are either red or blue, but the remaining of the outfit must be either darker colors or just plain black.
Due to having a mixed heritage, being a Maquixtl and Kathar mix, it led her to combine both fashion styles making them into a simplistic outfit choice.
Voice: She has a medium-pitched, relaxing tone of voice. She's incoherent except for a few keywords when she talks normally. She barely blinks during long conversations. Or at all.

With the Wardrobe Pack, her bright blood-red wristband, is her chosen inlaid enchantment, as a circle was sewn into the front side of the wristband, it glows an Indigo blue whenever it's being used. Her carvings around her wrist, start to glow the same Indigo blue, whenever she begins to do her magical actions.
Also, with her mind control ability, when she's mind controlling a person around their pupils start to form a bright blood-red ring, just like hers. If the person has red eye colors or is just full-on red, a brighter blood-red ring would appear instead.
Just like how a fire mage can manipulate anything fire-related, Yi can have the same movements but instead of swirly particles, she can form vertical words in Pannarokh, as a person can physically see them form vertically, the letters being in a bright blood-red color. But, the words change depending on the type of magic being summoned.
As she also has to see them fully formed, she doesn't need to do her finger or hand motions, as those are just her guides. But the key part of her doing the magic is her seeing the words be fully written out, if she's blinded, she can't do the magic.
For example, all of the words are in bright blood-red colors and the language being Pannarokh:

Character Concept:
Starting Point:
Yi is of mixed heritage her mother was a Kathar, and belonged to a Mesmer Cult, while her father was a Maquixtl warrior of Chantli.
Her parents met in regalia. But her mother decided to give birth to her in the City of Parthalanaar. As they ended up going back to Regaila.
Childhood:
During her time as a kid, before becoming 10 years old. She loved learning about the differences in her mixed culture. Her father taught her Altalar, still having the ability to speak it today. Her mother attempted to teach her some Pannarokh, but always lost the motivation to do so.
At a certain point before turning 10, a huge aggression took over her. She was becoming more controlling and selfish as the days went by. Her parents didn't know what to do, as they fell into a depression of how their sweet and desire to know more knowledge daughter turned into an aggressive, controlling, and selfish being.
As the days went by, her father was always out of the house. Coming home too late at night, or just too early in the morning. While her mother was just somewhat 'watching' her. Being less aware of Yi's increasing hostility.
At some point, her mother even went out. Even though she came home an hour earlier than her father would at night, she appeared sluggish and carefree, as if she wasn't in the right frame of mind.
Pre-teens:
One day, both of her parents were at the table. As Yi came down to go outside, she saw them with a confused look. Her mother gesturing her to sit down. It ended up with her father staying in Regila while she and her mother went to the city of Parthalanaar. What Yi didn't know was the reasoning for why they were going to Parthalanaar.
As they arrive, her mother drops her off at one of the future homes' entrances. Her mother wasn't phased by how she sent her daughter away. Yi didn't understand any of this, as she just went along with it.
But, as she settled into the future home. This is when the Kathar children started to constantly question her. On why she doesn't have the same skin or why she just looks different than them. At first, it wasn't a big issue but later on in her pre-teen years, it ended up being filled with hard-on racism, and over-the-line bullying. It got to the point where one of the kids found out how she liked meat, and turned that into a rumor that's she a cannibal.
One night, she was sleeping. One of the kids that kept harshly insulting her, got a group of friends and dragged her out of bed. Taking her with them to a secret hideout. They then forced her down onto the ground, grabbing what looked like an Indigo-blue 'ritual' dagger and carving it all around her wrist with degrading words that mainly state how much of a disrespectful low-life cannibal she is.
As they finished doing this to her, she was able to grab the Indigo-blue 'ritual' dagger and slam it down on the person who was carving her hand. Twisting it, she was then able to quickly run and hide away as everyone was in pure shock, even some of them screaming.
Teenage-Now:
After this, traumatic event. She was able to run away, being left on the street of Parthalanaar. As years went by, she ended up traveling to Regila again. But, had no money, no food, and no place to live. But, by the great chance of luck, she gained the chance of making a friend, which led her to live in her place.
The spark in her unexpected wish:
During her time in Regila, she often wandered the streets. From how decreasing her calm sanity was, she didn't care or worry about her safety. Believing that her overall feminine and joyful character wouldn't cause her to be in such traumatic events before coming to Regila. She strongly believed that because she was a short kid with no experience, it would be her only excuse to be vulnerable to others.
Well, during one of her walks, she got attacked by a Vintgast Bloodline Kathar, Krannar Mordiirn, making her into a Fledgeling Vampire.
This instant, unexpected event caused a huge- spark in her. Something she knew she had, but didn't expect for it to turn into a huge part of her identity. Ever since this vampiric interaction, her desire for gluttony and lust greatly increased. Her strong urgers to eat more meat, her canines being longer than before, and overall lust became a huge spark for her.
Making it a dark-twisted new chapter in her life to make it seem overwhelmingly joyful. Already becoming used to this new huge part of her identity, for her it seemed like an unexpected wish to come true. For her unhealthy meat obsession to turn into a more accepted vampiric community.
Settling in Regila:
As she was getting comfortable in her new home, she began digging through the old clothes she wore when arriving. During the future houses and living on the streets, she kept a very small notebook and a small note. During the reading of her small notes and small journal, she realized that she wasn't born with her magic powers. Rather, it was when the children carved her wrists with the Indigo-blue 'ritual' dagger, sparking magic without their realizing it. Additionally, it made her realize that she could learn and practice more with her powers instead of just accepting them for what it is. Since then, she has been practicing her tricks without books or meditating. It's clear that for some it won't be useful to do it without it, but for her, this was her way of practicing since she could switch around what she could or couldn't control. Experimenting with her magic and still keeping the same theme.

Even though she's a Fledgling vampire- her unhealthy amount of obsession with meat still grew, now having a greater interest in blood, obviously. - Her eyes are also a combination of her mother's bright red eye color and her father's light brown eye color. Her eyes having the ability to not blink at all during any long periods, were caused by her trauma back at the future homes. Having to have an eye open at all times, but also because of her slowly decreasing calm sanity.
- She actually wears make-up! Having a makeshift form of 'eyeliner' and a pink-red powder substance as an eyeshadow.
