    House Harhold
    • Haeddi Harhold invests 20,000 regals from the Harhold coffers to begin funding small academic municipal buildings such as small schools and places of higher education within the Harhold controlled Anglian Provinces based on her Doctrine of Education which was published in the early September months. However, the money falls vastly short of what would be needed for any sort of push to up the standard in those provinces, as 20,000 spread out over all of Harholds Anglian provinces is a miniscule investment and all it provides is a few additional supplies, desk, chairs and the sorts. Additionally, Haeddi announces that if the people of Harhold lands had something to suggest for the educational wellbeing in their homeland, to send a letter to her. However, very few actually arrive and those that do are barely legible.
    • Sets State Tax to 35%.
    • Cwyn sets up a weekly allowance for Haeddi Harhold of 3,000 regals a week beginning this week.
    • 20,000 regals are also invested in establishing an asylum system that allows runaway slaves to live freely in Vlissinghelm in exchange for paid labour in House Harhold’s farms across their lands. A quarter of this funding is used to send letters to major slaving cities across the Archipelago where slavery is legalised. However, nothing in Reinard lands is interfered with or targetted with letters due to existing treaties. This worries some of the Slave hubs and trade cities for sure.

    Digmaan Vyzal
    • Sets State Tax to 35%
    • Pays 1,100 regals to the State.
    • The Digmaan invests 50,000 regals into beginning the foundations of an Academy for Technology and research into such in the province of Valond. The Digmaan promises an additional 40,000 regals in the months to come as well to help push the process faster.

    House Slumberwood
    • Sets State Taxes to 35%
    • Pays the State 2,000 regals.
    • Pays their employees their wages
      Osira Lae’rinsyr - 200 regals.
Rachelle Van Vautour - 100 regals
      Nathaniel Dudra - 200 regals
      Mihail Jderoiu - 400 regals
      Damian Feminshie - 400 regals
    James Larkson
    • Pays Valarosta 100 regals for the Crookback repair as a gift from the Treji Clan and as an apology for the destruction of the innocent there.
    • Pays 150 regals to House Mac Conall to promote Highland Culture.
    • Pays 250 regals to House Viduggla to promote Velheim Culture.

    House Latimer
    • House Latimer in response to incidents the weeks prior places a full embargo on the Goretaan Lands. (See Goretaan Throng Orders).
    • Sends 15,000 more regals to the Citadel to help with their munitions prototype. The Scholars and researchers there are confident with the additional funding, they’ll have a working munitions perfect for the situation Latimer informed them about in the week to come.

    The Gallovian Royal Court
    • Pays Madame Mosmo Duviri 3,500 regals.
    • Additionally, 3,000 regals are invested into the Howling Forges in Kinwrey with a request that a gilded telescope be created with assistance from the scholars in the region. What came out of the investment was just that, a primarily brass telescope, gilded with gold and studded with various small gemstones. It was then sent to the Gothenburg Estate in Regalia for Isabella Cadieux.
    • Genevieve Howlester dedicates 1,000 regals from the Royal Court coffers to the Regalian Recovery Fund.

    House du Triege
    • Dedicates its standing army of 10,000 to the State for the War Effort.
    • Sets its State Tax to 35%

    House Cadieux
    • With funding of 30,000 regals, Milena Cadieux enters the court of House Ivrae de Sange decked out in traditional Ithanian finery, jewelry and perfume. With her delegation were gifts, jewels of moonstone, opal and gold that are shaped to be twin crescents of the room and gifts of fine silks. Milena is greeted by members of the House Ivrae de Sange Court who entertain her and receive her gift with tempered gestures of gratitude, though remaining wary all the while. Milena expresses her content at being able to interact with the ancient House and throughout the proceedings is joined by Eglantine Ivrae de Sange, a cousin of the current head of the Ivrae line Frederique-Dominique Ivrae-de-Sange who thanks her for her generosity and entertains her while at their Palace. Pleasantries are exchanged throughout the evening and an invitation for friendship is subtly extended which Eglantine herself smiles at, though her actions betrayed hesitance. Before leaving, Milena makes it apparent that she will visit again in the future.
    • Sets their tax to 35% and pays 3,000 regals to the State in return for missed taxes of both House Cadieux and du Triege.
    • Pays Victoria Cadieux 1,000 regals for her hide-and-seek event reward.
    • Establishes the Cadieux Savings Fund, accessible to Milena solely and dedicates 30,000 regals to it.

    Valarosta Ino-Femunn
    • Transfers 75,000 regals from the Ino-Femunn bank into the newly created “Crookback Council Fund” to be later utilised to rebuild Crookback Bay.

House di Azciossia - [Hexenblood Circle]
    • Spends 20,000 regals on a business venture.
    • 20,000 regals are paid to the Crookback Recovery Fund, signed for by the Hexenblood Circle/The Undercroft and is not discoverable from the quick change of various hands before being delivered to the fund management itself.
    • Pays Maelstrom Keppkuula 25,000 regals.
    • In lieu of the Iron Peace and the rest that comes with it, 25,000 regals are invested on ‘Descanso de Fin de Mes’ a Daendroque Holiday that marks the end of month rest. Wine and spiced local drinks are funded by House di Azciossia which provides an additional boost to the festivities and incurs a moderate amount of support from the populace who raise toasts to the House for their generosity and understanding of their culture and traditions, increasing morale and support for di Azciossia.
    • Removes the sanctions from the province of Jimenista.

    Finance Minister Madelyn de Azcoissia
    • Spends 35,000 regals from the State Bank to purchase Winter Necessities (warm furs, clothing, blankes, shoes, hats, scarves) to be distributed to the Almshouses of the Capital City to aid the poor during the Winter months. This goes down as a big hit and would certainly help the population in the city, who were quite happy with this gesture of kindness from the Government.
    • Establishes the ‘Crookback Council/Crookback Recovery Fund’ as a State Fund. 0 regals are designated from the State Income into it per week but Valarosta Ino-Femunn is named as its manager with the right to do with it what she will. Donations are welcomed from all.

    House Delmotte
    • Donates 30,000 regals to the Imperial Court.
    • Raises their Crown Taxes to 5%.
    • Desmond Kade’s Crown Stipend is increased to 500 regals.
    • Rowena Kade’s Crown Stipend is increased to 1,500 regals.
    • Master of Finances Crown Stipend is increased to 500 regals.
    • Master of Celebrations (Merdoc Slumberwoods) Crown Stipend is reduced to 0 regals.
    • Mistress of Cuisines Crown Stipend is increased to 300 regals.
    • Master of Hunts’ Crown Stipend is increased to 300 regals.
    • Master of Conduces Crown Stipend is increased to 300 regals.
    • Mistress of Hotiers Crown Stipend is increased to 300 regals.

    House von Drachenburg
    • 10,000 additional regals are spent on the Cathedral project bringing the total investment to a maximum of 100,000.
    • 2 von Drachenburg Airships travel to the location in which House Black issued construction of their River Boom on the Schoen River. For now these ships merely shadow the construction, doing nothing but looming as a warning. Whats more, 5,000 used to create a proclamation condemning House Black’s action and reminding all Nobility in Regalia of what occurred last time Dianne Black blocked all ships in the river, causing a financial downturn within the archipelago. Drachenburg warns that if House Black ever deters the functioning of the Schoen River’s mercantile activity again, there would be lasting consequences.
    • 20,000 regals are invested in trying to turn the Hinterlande region against House Peirgarten. A delegation arrives in the region from von Drachenburg, engaging in talks with the local rulers of the region, reminding them that they were offered this deal before and they said that if Peirgarten remained conservative in policy, they’d remain but they had not. Contrary, they remark that Peirgarten has yet to actually legislate anything liberal and that the Countess is a ‘flowery and folly like woman’ who says many things but carries out very few. Until they saw anything actually liberal legislation that would damage the conservative agenda, they would not break oaths and join von Drachenburg.

    Ariramorel
    • Sets their State Tax to 35% and pays 850 regals to the Regalian State as back tax.
    • William Arnyn is chosen as the Coltyr Watchdog, who will have the ability to veto decisions made by Ariramorel's governance where it is believed there is dishonor, corruption or a disposing of traditional Breizh values in Ariramorel's decisions. He can be removed at any time by the local aristocracy if he fails or misuses the position.

    House Mac Conall
    • Also embargos Goretaan Throng for their actions the weeks prior. (See Goretaan Throng Orders).
    • Pays House Cadieux 3,000 regals for winning their recent snow folly event.
    • Spends 10,000 regals on a business venture.
    • Sets their State Tax to 35%.
    • Sends 900 regals to the State.

    House Kreiburg
    • House Kreiburg decides to go ahead with their plan and use the money for the foundations of a mine but much smaller and much les costly. They approve the construction of this new mine against advice from their conglomerate and with 10,000 invested, create a big hole with nothing in it for the time being.
    • Additionally, House Kreiburg ask their gathered advisors what the cost of expanding the Reislaufer Akademie would be, adding new housing, armories and forges and a chapel for the mercenaries that call it their base of operation. They're advised that the Akademie already has all it needs to operate at maimum efficiency, and that interest isn't high enough in the akademie outside their lands enough to warrant more expansion but the cost of such is suggested at 40,000 regals.

    House Eledhwen
    • Pays Gerard Kreiburg 1,000 regals for winning a free for all.
    • Pays 1,800 regals to the State for the increased Tax Rate, covering this week and last.
    • Dedicates 2,500 troops to the Regalian State.

    House Black
    • Increases State Tax to 35%.
    • House Black also places an embargo on House Goretaan goods for the actions of the Throng in the weeks prior. What's more, House Black makes it clear that they are still owed 5,000 regals and this embargo will not be lifted until reparations for the Goretaan Throngs actions are paid. (See Goretaan Throng Orders).
    • 10,000 regals are spent on the River Chain Boom in their lands. Their engineers are also gathered to seek out a method of possibly creating a river divider so that the chain could be lifted and set from either side of the river and while not impossible, it would be incredibly expensive as a huge stone construction, a watchtower fortress akin to Krakenburg, large but narrow, would need to be constructed in the center of the river, and with the current, this would be highly risky and difficult.

    The Goretaan Throng
    • Purchases 3 Warships.
    • Purchases 2,000 more troops and urlifies them with his progression ability.
    • Sets State Tax to 35%.
    • The Highlanders, primarily the Ailor Highlanders become uppity and rowdy, having somehow managed to get their hands on additional funds the last few weeks. They call for Goretaan to make clear his intentions and motives and answer for crawling under a rock and making peace when their homeland was attacked.
    • Goretaan experiences a decay in their trade income from the embargoes, primarily from House Black as they are practically at the heart of most trade routes and moderately close to Goretaan, Viduglla and Sorenvik for being close in proximity to the Throng, as well as Mac Conall having some effect for being of similar culture and Latimer barely any. Income is stunted by 6,000 regals this week as a result.

    Merdoc Slumberwood
    • Sends 500 regals to House Latimer for victory in trivia at the Imperial Court’s November Salon.

    House Sorenvik
    • Embargoes the Goretaan Throng for actions in the weeks prior, for the safety of Sorenvik merchants and notes that the region Goretaan controls should be seen as a danger for Civilian traffic until further notice.
    • Sets State Tax to 35%.

    House Peirgarten
    • Amelina spends another 10,000 regals to put toward the Leutz people in Lorehauser as a beginning promissory to her people to help preserve Leutz history and culture bi-weekly. This is to be used to preserve and conserve Leutz history and culture, which was perceived fondly even with the low amount invested. She would however be kept to that promise by the hardline leutz who were already questioning her leadership.
    • Alongside this week's funds, Amelina calls a meeting of the angered Lords and Ladies within her lands for diplomatic talks about the progressivism speeches she gave two weeks prior. She assures them that she wishes to create some liberal laws but not fully switch the lands of Lorehauser. The Lords and Ladies make it clear that they’re satisfied with their traditions and legislation as it stands and that by going against it, she is again breaking trust with them after promising to take a more conservative stance. Despite explaining that by having a Leutz Matriarch they were already going against the standard, one Lord in particular chimed up and remarked with a stomp “And we didn’t want you either but we’ve made do in hopes you’d turn this capital back to its traditions and you’ve failed at every juncture!” Amelina then cites Eledhwen and du Brierust as examples of how someone can portray the culture proudly while not strictly adhering to hardline tradition before being corrected by that Lord’s wife “And du Brierust collapsed and this Elf across the Southern Strait would not be welcome to Lord over this land either.” At the end of the talks it was obvious things were locked with little wriggle room for the time being, so Amelina assures the conglomerate that no new legislative changes will be made during the Iron or until a near victory is seen with the Sendrassian War.

    House Viduggla
    • Sets their State Tax to 35%.
    • Pays the Regalian State 2,600 regals.
    • Pays Sigrid Sterke-enn 1,500 regals.
    • House Viduggla pays 10,000 regals to purchase Tolstan de Florian a new vessel, almost exactly to the same size, proportion and capabilities to his last ship sunk in their expedition the week prior.
    • House Viduggla enacts a week long embargo on Goretaan trade for the actions of the Throng in the weeks prior and for their endorsement of blatant piracy. Whats more, House Viduggla reimburses the merchants with 12,000 regals which the merchants look upon favourably, with the 12,000 regals ending up in von Deurrs coffers but gaining the favour of those merchants and bringing about a temporary increase of 2,000 regals a week starting this week from said merchants and usage of those vessels for transport of goods for 3 times at their leisure to export their own. (See Goretaan Throng Orders).

    House Typhonus
    • State Tax is increased to 35%.
    • 1 airship is sent to the warfront.

    House Reinard
    • Pays 30,000 regals to the Flame of Fame Forge.
    • Pays 2,000 to Abigail Tucker.
    • House Reinard treads new waters by gathering the General estates to try and introduce contracts between the residents of the Reinard Feudal Realm, enforceable by the Judiciary. In lieu of enforcing the contract directly, the Judiciary shall enforce whatever compensation said contract includes, so long as it is otherwise legal. All multilateral agreements and unilateral offers made of one's own voluntary will, reasonably understood as legally-intended, are to be considered valid contracts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Naturally, this is opposed by a great many who fear repercussion by the Kade House of Trade which has, for as long as could be remembered, operated off of the old traditions of ‘Merchants Agreements’ and fearing the inability to alter agreements after they’re made, and fearing the way in the Judiciary may rule in lieu of State Law, there is unified opposition for the time which postpones the legislation for the future. Essentially, the ball is tossed back into Reinard’s court to figure out how to proceed with this in mind.

    Other News!

With Winter having arrived, the Iron Duke Ryker Lampero readies his armies and declares an Iron Peace across the Archipelago. During this time he wishes for all Houses to enjoy the festive period and leave aside political intrigue in exchange for a humble Wintertide, warning any Noble Houses that hostilities should cease immediately until the new year dawns. (For system considerations, orders relating only to finance payments will be accepted during this time. The Noble DMs want to see nobility interacting and roleplaying in game, engage with events and exchange Noble Order politics for in game politicking during this period. When January arrives, the Noble DMs will evaluate the system performance of all families and groups and will reconsider the system and change things as we see fit for the functioning of the World System in the new year. Income is frozen completely, as are expenses but all families will have a stipend of 50,000 regals to inject into good services and primarily players offering such. We will be processing those orders).

Moreover, House Howlester has stepped up to front the cost of the war from the House’s coffers in Gallovia until the Iron Peace is over to show respect to their Iron Duke relative during this time and to give the State a well earned break from the hardships until the new year dawns. (Meaning that War Costs will not be counted against the State or families either during the Iron Peace).
