    Silver Swiftfrost
    • Pays Jayden Beahan 1250 regals.
    • Pays Yueliang Hou 1250 regals.
    • Pays Dymphna Brown 1250 regals.

    Baroness Haeddi Harhold
    • Pays Florian Peirgarten 500 regals from her personal bank to his personal bank. This is accompanied by a congratulatory letter from the Mistress of Cuisines.

    Canzawa Burch
    • Pays 4,500 regals back to the Imperial Court along with a basket of cookies and a thank you for the 500 regals.

    House Latimer
    • Sends 20,000 regals to the State.
    • Invests 20,000 regals into sending missionaries to Ust-Usverh to attempt to sway the Szabadok folk in the region to follow the Evintarin faith. The investment sees some success, mostly due to the fact that the Szabadok are practitioners of religious freedom. Overall however, most of the population were quite content with their original choice but some key strides were made in making the religion appealing to the people there.

    Einherjar
    • Pays Atre Phiti 1,000 regals.
    • Pays Kuzma 500 regals.

    Goretaan Throng
    • Pays 40,000 regals to House Harhold to purchase the province of Macfarlinh, declaring it an Ailor province.
    • Additionally, 75,000 regals are invested in the construction of a large coliseum in Ultainiss near one of the port towns, which is then aptly named ‘The Coliseum of Unshackled Spirit’. The news of this construction was well met by the Url population but the Highlanders themselves were confused as to why a structure like this was required. After all, most of their games by tradition were played outside in open fields, smaller rings and at religious ceremonies and this seemed more of a Southern follie than something the Highlanders themselves were interested in. Nonetheless, perhaps it would help port trade eventually. The construction would however take some time.
    • ((Pirate order bounced. You may only designate one target.))
    • Purchases 2 warships from House Kreiburg for 16,000 regals.

House de Azciossia - [Hexenblood Circle]
    • Purchases one Cinnochra Shortsword for 30,000 regals.
    • House de Azciossia puts pressure on the Jimenista free port by placing trade sanctions from all the Hexenblood provinces upon it. The immediate effect was that multiple trade ships coming and going to Jimenista were bombarded with additional guard scrutiny, with merchants and their cargo being checked and stalled, costing Ariramorel 2,000 regals worth of income.
    • 25,000 regals also release a statement of discontent, denouncing the extreme illegality of free ports and the risk they pose to Empire borders, economy, and safety. With Jimensta’s closeness to the Girobaldan coast, it was illustrated that the free port would be ripe with Pirates that could potentially damage trade for any Southern families wishing to have trade with parts of the archipelago. The Southern people sided with House de Azciossia, and a call for support with these sanctions were made by Delmotte, Black, Peirgarten, Triumverate and Avalorn citizens alike.

    Ariramorel
    • 10,000 regals are spent on attempting to address the recent rioting in Coltyr to no avail. Despite admitting wrongdoing and promising to attempt to put in a system where such could not happen again, the people continued rioting, attacking bureaucrats in the streets and attempting to push for some of the internal nobility to press for full control of the Ariramorel controlled provinces. Additionally, when the announcement is made that the position of Grand Alderman may potentially be put up for direct election by popular vote, whispers and murmurs of Ariramorel being a jacobin also began to permeate. Without any intervention soon, it was unlikely the riots will stop, and could very well begin in other provinces as well.

    House Delmotte
    • 10,000 regals are spent on attempting to Imperialise the province of Micelle, which was just enough to tip it over the edge and make them fully Imperial.
    • 40,000 regals are then invested into constructing a center for artistry in Basta with the name ‘Imperial Gallery of Fine Arts’ which host a variety of artistic works from all cultures in the Empire, though nothing extremely notable. This pleases the Imperial cultured individuals in the Delmotte provinces and makes the non-Imperials somewhat jealous, but not enough for it to be striking.

    House Kreiburg
    • House Kreiburg issues a declaration of surrender to von Drachenburg.
    • The Bulgern Cantons are sent 15,000 regals in recompense for their imprisonment which they pocket away and snub their nose at.
    • The 7,000 Kreiburg army is then garrisoned in Langthal as a declared time of peace is issued across the entire province.
    • Sells 2 warships to the Goretaan Throng for 16,000 regals.
    • The remaining 2 warships are scuttled.

    House Eledhwen
    • Pays Fathiyaa Nasir Al Ramoran 800 regals.

    House Typhonus
    • Reimar spends another 20,000 regals on a business venture.
    • An airship is used to ferry communications and missives between Maraisburke and Calemberg for a week, costing the House 1,500 regals with little payoff or benefit.
    • 20,000 regals are invested into the fur trade business within the Typhonus lands, supplying them with new equipment and winter wear to assist with the coming snowfall. Karsten Typhonus helps in this endeavor and the local hunters are thankful.
    • 15,000 regals are also invested into holding an autumn festival for the province of Maraisburke to appease the Southern Minorities. Goods exchanges between the Northern and Southern Typhonus provinces ensued, an end of season ball took place and the Typhonus family themselves oversaw mingling between the Northern and Southern families. Overall, the gesture was received well.

    Gallovian Royal Court
    • Pays 3,000 regals to Valarosta Ino-Femunn for her tenure as Court Mage.
    • 10,000 regals are spent on inquiring and investigating the current status of the libraries in the Kinwrey lands of Gallovia. The Scholars of the region report back that the libraries are not in disrepair but lack any newer, more up to date texts and books which would help further educational pursuits in the Gallovian capital.
    • 10,000 regals are invested into a Research Fund for the Regalian University.

    House Avalorn
    • Purchases another ship for 10,000 regals.
    • Sends 1 ship to the State for the Sendrassian War.
    • 30,000 regals are used to help Cyrillian Avalorn throw a large and extravagant Altalar festival in Sol Carache to herald both Vallea and the arrival of winter in a ‘feast of preservation’. A banquet is held for the commoners and the native people of the region with emphasis also on making the aristocracy and nobility of the area welcomed. Overall, it was well received by all Altalar and everyone had a really fun time.

    House Drachenburg
    • With Kreiburg’s surrender, Dietrich demobilised the army and concluded the war with the Treaty of Eleng.
    • A year ago on October 29th, the Waldmark was established by Imperial Administration. In celebration of a newfound Waldmark identity, Drachenburg is declaring the creation of a new cathedral in Lödenthal-Dessau, the ancestral seat of the family. With a celebration utilizing 10,000 Regals, Reverend Aelfric Harhold has been invited to consecrate the holy ground where the new Saint Belliard's Cathedral of the Stalwart Defender will be build upon, and 50,000 regals will be spent to begin construction. Dietrich knows that the Cathedral will take much funding to complete, but puts down this initial payment to begin work, noting that it will be in the Calemdom Style, and become a holy landmark for the Waldmark for many centuries to come.

    House Black
    • Pays 35,000 regals to House Slumberwood as per a Loan Agreement.
    • Pays 35,000 regals to Hexenblood Circle as per an agreement.
    • House Black announces that a major trade hub in Dragh will be built with the starting investment of 20,000 regals. This is to encourage trade from the inland regions to utilize the Shoenn river for faster, more favorable trade. How this would happen confused everyone. Whether this would have any pay off would be entirely up in the air.

    House Viduggla
    • Garth Viduggla enacts a ban on save trading within the borders of the Viduggla’s provinces, with a specific exclusion to give credence and an exception to the Vladno. The Velheim act of Bondebilung would not be touched however, merely the more Southern style of slave trading, effectively cutting off Slave trading from the Sorenvik trade port into the much larger, much more expansive Viduggla lands, should the Velheim have been so inclined.
    • House Viduggla then announces a change from their heir process from the cultural standard. The firstborn of the House’s Lord is to be the heir of the House. Should there be no heir, then it temporarily falls to the next closest in blood relation to the Lord. As it stands currently, Ardige of the House Viduggla is the temporary heir of House Viduggla should death befell the Lord Garth. This influenced very little.
    • 15,000 regals are invested on a diplomatic venture undertaken by Garth Viduggla with the Vladno lords in Drixagh. Traveling with Markus Haagenvig, Zsazsa and Kuzma, they meet with the Vladno people to discuss the acquiring of any ‘long lost pieces of Zvorun history’ that may be within their possession. They aptly respond firstly that if they were ‘long lost’ how would they have them? Secondly, they remark that they have nothing of the sort so discussions relating to an agreement is moot.

    House Harhold
    • Passes ownership of Macfarlinh to the Goretaan Throng for 40,000 regals.
    • Sets Crown Tax to 0%.

    House Peirgarten
    • Amelina pays the regions of Lavoyare and Meuberge 10,000 regals each to support the people and workers of the land to start out, an olive branch to the inhabitants there.
    • The Countess also puts out a missive with the following message to the aforementioned provinces: “This is an address to the people of Lavoyare and Meuberge. We of the House of Peirgarten acknowledge that our previous transgressions have alienated you from our leadership, and that you do not wish to be subject to our authority as a result. As it happens, the Noble Assembly has elected that the best outcome for the archipelago is for these provinces to be returned to our rule. However, I recognize your concerns, and I understand that it will take time, effort, money and honesty from me to see you return to favorable relations with my House. What I have distributed among you is a 20,000 donation, but I understand that a donation holds little effect, and therefore it is not all that I will provide to you. In the coming weeks, decisions will be made and steps will be taken to welcome you into a safe environment, where your concerns are heard, and your place within the realm of Lorenthaus is not ignored. I, as the Countess-Electress of Lorenthaus, do so swear to put your needs above my ambitions. All I ask in return, is that you keep the faith. Lorenthaus will see better days, and prosper once again." Both provinces make no intentions known, merely waiting to see what the Countess would do next.

    House Reinard
    • House Reinard invests 50,000 regals into hosting a massive Burdigalic tournament and festival in the newly acquired Dreux territory with the intent to also include Divais. The investment is to ensure grandieur, with foodstuffs and goods acquired locally and regal injection into the Chateau’s and merchants in the Burdigalic lands under Reinard control. Both Augustin and Novellia act as the hosts, ensuring that cultural tradition and the sort is upheld to the highest degree. Sebastein Reinard ensures the quality of the wine beforehand, and that it is properly Burdigalic. Amidee Cera provides her cooking expertise to ensure the quality of dishes and pastries. Humaira Reinard crafts a properly Burdigalic ceremonial lance as a prize. Burdigalic knights from the area are invited to submit themselves to contest, and Lazarus Lupenzi, Émil de Krijger, Camille Reinard (av Bergstrom), and Humaira Reinard are sponsored by the family to take part in the festivities. This includes, as is traditional, poetry and demonstrations of chivalry. Additionally, the likes of Azariah Keadove, Myriani Syllbess and Abigail Tucker put on theatrical displays to entertain the masses and overall, the entire festival is well recieved as the realm enters the wintertide season.
    • At the end of these celebrations, the Reinard Burdigalic majority lands are granted their own wing of the General Estates, and integrated into its structure. Whether the integration would cause trouble in the future will remain to be seen.
