On various posters around the city on boards, there would be notices and various people going around announcing what it said:

"Lady Raina Viduggla is looking for shopkeeps for her
shop on Main Street. People are encouraged to come
in and apply for the positions as well as people to be
in store repairers for various items. Those who need a
job are even more encouraged to come in, even if they
cannot read or write. They can be taught to do so or
be told ahead of time of what is in the store. The more
the merrier!"
