I'll give a formal response since there is none to your post. First of all, I will say that posting these "rant threads" in topic when feeling a staff member abused you is hardly a good idea. Perhaps it is when the claims are correct, but you tend to face a lot of public scrutiny if you falsely accuse a staff member. Just imagine how other people would feel about you if you just complained about the people who help them falsely just because you're angry with them. The staff complaint section exists both to allow us a calm and reasonable approach to conflicts with staff, but also to protect you from harming your own reputation when you are incorrect. After all, when we are angry, we are more prone to making mistakes.
Now as to the actual content of the thread:
It is fairly evident that Kidmodo continues killing you even though you are using local chat to surrender.
- Firstly, it is not recommended to use local chat to surrender. Your chat messages are not as obvious as the purple private MSG, and if Kidmodo has both Help chat, Staff chat and General chat enabled, your messages are easily overlooked. The best effective way to communicate a surrender, is trough Private Message.
- Secondly, it is recommended to surrender to the Faction leader in private message instead of a new officer such as Kidmodo. I do not know the internal functioning of Mithril's command structure with regards to surrenders and victories, but most factions have relation control restricted to their leader, meaning only the leader can accept the surrender. I looked up the logs and noticed that BillyA835, the leader of Mithril was online at the time and helping people in help chat. You didn't bother contacting him.
- Thirdly, Kidmodo is an active member of Mithril. I happen to have some insight in saying that he beliefs Magnanimus as a faction is done for as long as they have no central leadership, and he is making an active commitment to Mithril now. There is no speaking of faction hopping in any way as Kidmodo is not planning on going back to Magnanimus. The reason for the war on your faction in proximity to Mithril, which is ran by BillyA835, it has nothing to do with Magnanimus.
- Fourthly, the best and indisputably most effective way, is to transfer the surrender costs to the faction leader upon factual surrender. I noticed the surrender cost was only 380 Regals, and having 5,500 something regals yourself, you could easily have paid the terms. War terms are non negotiable, either you surrender and pay the war tribute that was requested or you're not surrendering. Mithril even provided 5 alternatives for you and you never accepted one of them.
- Fourthly, there is no rule that dictates a warring faction cannot continue raiding you when you have only invoked the word "surrender". The only factual recognition of a surrender or period of terms negotiations, if such a thing even existed, would be on the war declaration thread. That thread would be here. You have not posted there, so your faction still isn't surrendering.
- Lastly, MassiveCraft has anti spawn camping methods implemented. You will always need to use at least one command or active action to be kill able again by your enemies, therefor the fact that Kidmodo killed you more than once is entirely your own fault. You could have used private message from the world spawn instead of teleporting back 4 or 5 times and getting killed while conveying a message in local chat.
Throughout your interactions with Kidmodo, Thortuna and several members of Mithril, you've been nothing but disrespectful and shown extreme contempt for staff who try to help you and reply with rude snappy comments in return. This brings you in violation with Rule 2, rule 8 and rule 18 subsection 4. Additionally, I conclude from the points provided above that you have gone out of your way to make Kidmodo look more guilty than he actually is, which is innocent. You've gone out of your way to publicly defame Kidmodo because you have a problem with his past faction and him as a member of said past faction.
As a consequence of these numerous violations, I have decided to temporarily disallow you access to the server for 4 days. I suggest you use these days to reflect upon your choices and actions undertaken, and also consider using the correct communication channels to convey your surrender and negotiate whatever needs to be negotiated.
I would additionally like to press onto you that this amount of toxicity is not healthy on a MineCraft game. The raids are just about bits and numbers, there's really no need to get this angry at people and accuse them of things that aren't true. It's bad for your health.
