Hello Everyone,
For those of you that do not know me, my Name is Jakk. IGN: JakkDhread. When I am not playing massive, or doing ... well whatever it is I am doing. I usually work on graphic design, stories, comics, and little drawings. As of late I have been in a creative slump, so I am turning to the MassiveCraft Community for help. While I could have made this a video, it is 1 in the morning and I am not fully awake.
My IRL Girlfriend and I are doing a project together, that we have titled Aloria: The Age of Change. This is essentially going to be a story/comic that I want to have feature some of the communities characters. I want rogues, bandits, assassins, warriors, mages, guards, royalty. This is a chance to make your character seen. Whatever character you make, if accepted, will play an important role in this story.
But Jakk, how much will this cost?
Well considering I might wind up drawing a lot of characters and doing a lot of writing?
Nothing!! Why?? Because I'm in a slump, and it is 1 A.M, and all rational thought has fled my brain.
But in all actuality, I just really enjoy the RP community I have had the pleasure to see here on massive. This is my way (aside from working on lore) of doing something for all of you, even though a lot of you don't know me.
What we are Looking for
Well.... who do you want to be?
This story is going to revolve around a handful of characters, then also Lore Figures, Kingdom Leaders, and influential characters. This doesn't mean you need to be royalty. Let's say your character is a beggar, the main character could find you and take you in, give you money and a warm meal, or you might try and rob the main characters. Leading them to a guild of thieves where they must forfeit all they own.
This is Aloria. Just.. Jakkified. You can play whatever role you want to.
This story will be heavily influenced by the community. If you have a character in the story I will personally talk with you and ask you how you believe your character would react in a certain situation. Would they take the light high path, or are they not afraid to get their hands dirty in pursuit of what they want?
The most focused characters (ideally) will be an elven mage, a human rogue/thief type, 2 dwarven warrior brothers, 1 Human royalty, and 3 other characters. Whether they be Dakkar, Vampire, Yanar, Urs, etc, etc. It's up for you to decide.
How to Participate
1. Go here , that is the character template written by our good staff member MonMarty
2. Fill out the example with whatever character you are imagining to the best of your Abilities, possibly adding a side detail on what you wish your character's role to be in the story.
3. Send me a copy of your work either in a conversation, or to my email (which will be given upon request in private conversation)
The characters that are chosen will have personal Character Art done for the characters (which you are free to use as you wish) and will be given a permanent spot in the comic/storyline.
This is your chance to play whatever role you wish in the story. From King and Queen, to Assassin, to Beggar. I ask you this one more time, encouraging you.
