We all hate goodbye threads. I hate goodbye threads, they annoy me, marty hates good bye threads. Almost everyone hates good bye threads. Yet I feel you all deserve one.

I will be leaving the team starting immediately. I will be handing the forum over to Tom1804 and Cayorion. I will be handing the grid to the world department and MonMarty.

I am sorry, but due to my own attitude and unfortunate appearance I have been treading on the other team members toes too much, which I now see my self. The decision came today that I would be leaving the team so they can work harmoniously without a bad apple like my self.

It is very sad to leave such a great server, a great and caring team, and great players. I honestly mean that, not one of those cliché things you hear. I will miss playing with you all and moderating in game aswell as administrating the forums.

I may still visit the server ,I don't know what I'm doing beyond this point. I'll certainly be on tomorrow to tie up lose ends.

NO HARDY DONT LEAVE, I know we have disagreed on some subjects but I have always respected you because you are a great leader, not a strict one, but one that is funny and one who everyone wants to be around. SOo...

How to begin this post? Mhh ..

I don't know the reason, why you leave the server!? You said , that "they can work harmoniously without a bad apple like my self". If I interpret this right, then you think of yourself, that you are a bad apple, but the team also don't won't you anymore. :(

I think I know you enough to say, that there must be something, that really really pissed you off. You handle things immediately, correct and in a direct way, without pussyfoot around. I really like (H) people who are that tough. On the other hand lot of the people get scared/pissed by it and turn away from you.

In my opinion none of the current mods/admins/elders are such good in acting as a mod like you!!!!!! (Y)
TubbyTundra still named it: "who will punish me when i do bad things"

Therfore I have to say (belongs to the part "I will miss playing with you all"), if you are no staff anymore, then keep playing as normal player here with us. You don't have to leave the server at all, take the chance and start playing MassiveCraft like in the beginning. (handshake)

Further you write "Anyone would think I paid you all to say this" and I don't like it, because people who would say something like this are nothing worth - you know what I mean :)

Most of them probably don't see the point, or would rather not have conflict with those who instigated this. Which is understandable.

I do appreciate the effort you put into that Lach :) I will be staying for a minimum of 3 months on the server ,And whether I am staff or not I will continue to try better the server, as it's in my nature. I would like to say I'd continue with my 2 ongoing projects, but I think they'd be void now.

Don't think anyone in particular felt the need to say anything in public on the forum, after all we have our own skype groups and private conversations where we expressed that this should not demotivate hardy to stop playing the server as a player, after all he might just start enjoying being a player now that he does not have the responsibilities or duties of a team member.

The case is not that we kicked hardy out, or that he left in bad blood, as far as I understood given the circumstances the decision was made both ways between him and Cayorion that it would benefit Hardy as an individual as well as the team as a whole if the two parted ways, but in no manner or form did we say he should stop playing and contributing as a player.
 
It's hard to see you go Hardy. (Ha! See what I did there?) Hopefully Tom or Cay or whoever is being passed on your work can improve it like you would ;)
 
Well hardy, I'll miss seeing you crush the souls and happiness of random noobs on the forums, those were good times....
 
I will try to continue being a good dwarf, even if your not around.

I only replied in this thread because a complete silence from team members would have resulted in an inevitable conspiracy theory run. Besides that I hate goodbye threads and having to show my "wanting him not to leave the server" in public, after I have already said it to him in private.

It feels as tho it was only yesterday I got into a huge arguement with Hardy when he was only an ordinary player in a faction not too different from ones I see growing today. Hardy, in the players eyes, you are a role-model and were one of the most humerous moderators to date. We surely will miss you as a Moderator, but we encourage you to join the player community. I absolutely hate it when staff step down and they just upright leave the server. Stay, make your own faction and grow your own Hardy-ingdom like you once did.

You have no idea how difficult it is to stick around watching your old team doing stuff, talking in global, getting promoted and releasing projects/worlds and ideas. It's very painful for me to sit here and watch that kind of stuff, because asmuch as it was a mutual choice to leave, I still love the team to bits and would love to still keep helping them. If I stay on the server long enough it would just depress me.
 
I will miss you the 5th most, i remember when i first met you, you were an apprentice or something like that, and i didn't even know where i was, but since you had a bounty on your head, i tried so foolishly to kill you, only to fall to my death......[DOUBLEPOST=1353743059][/DOUBLEPOST]also, when you want to get rid of your silver, gamble it all away or give it all away to the needy (Me).
 
It seems like yesterday when you freed our person in the lava trap and then I killed you thinking you were a normal player and you jailed us <3

Well suck it up, get on anti depressants and STAY. If you do love the team to bits don't just up and leave them, stay around. I doubt they will just completely shun you from everything and anything they say/do. I'm sure they still have respect for you, and a good view of who you are. You can keep helping them, just from the point of a normal player on the server, wherebeit enforcing role play or helping out the new players who join. DUN LEAV PLS.
 
Even though you banned me hardy, I will miss you, even though I'm not on massivecraft anymore cuz I'm banned...mic that makes sense
 
A sad time. We may not have gotten off on a good start but I appreciated what you did as a staff member for the community and it's sad to see you go. I hope you will stick around the server still and there is always room for you with my faction if you for some reason find yourself in need of supplies or a friendly group. Hope to see you around. :)
