Would like to know what some of the special voting rewards do since can't find explanation to most of them

If you hover over each item, in the bottom left hand corner it should tell you.

There's also a page on Massive's main website that tells you what the enchants are for each of the items if you hover over the names.
If you're already familiar with Minceraft's enchants, the uses should be self-explanatory.
