sovereignty and legitimacy of the city state of CartelMafia
and her people. As such, the Emperor, in his divine and
eternal wisdom has extended many envoys, laden with
many lavish and exotic gifts to the people of CartelMafia
as well as many well seasoned diplomats in order to
smoothen relations.
As the two states begin to undergo the preparations
necessary for the integration of CartelMafia into the
Empire, we ask that no foreign power, be it friend or foe,
attempt to interfere in our efforts. The Emperor, gracious
though he may be, will show no favor on those who engage
in such actions.
His Majesty is aware of the many conflicts that plague the
people of CartelMafia and has dispatched many men to bolster
the garrisons of his future subjects. He expects that all current
aggressors lay down their weapons and call off their assaults.
For continued aggression against CartelMafia will undoubtedly
lead to open conflict against the Empire.
