RESOLUTION OF THE IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT OF SILFERIA
Proposal presented by The Helvetican Doge and Berkin Celetharion III to the Imperial Parliament,
September 12th, 310 AC
RESOLUTION
Expressing the will of the Parliament and the Kaiser, delivered on their behalf by Berkin Celetharion III, King of Celetil:
In response to the Decree and Ultimatum by the Kingdom of Volarys on 11 September, 310AC,
Whereas, by Volaryan Decree and Ultimatum, signed on 11 September, 310AC by the Emperor of Volarys, Matias Volar; all territorial claims within the "proposed Volaryan Peninsula" were expelled by said decree, giving exception to the Silferian Empire, and instead issuing specific terms, numbered term one (I.) and term two (II.),
(I.) To immediately end the occupation of:

Whereas, by Volaryan Decree and Ultimatum, signed on 11 September, 310AC by the Emperor of Volarys, Matias Volar; all territorial claims within the "proposed Volaryan Peninsula" were expelled by said decree, giving exception to the Silferian Empire, and instead issuing specific terms, numbered term one (I.) and term two (II.),
(I.) To immediately end the occupation of:
(A.) The castle [the /f home claim of the Alt-Faction Prussia] formerly owned by the factions SunKiss, Ventrue, Helvetica, and others, hereafter known as the "SunKiss Castle" [the /f home claim of the Alt-Faction Prussia, Essalonia, Coords: 4365, 830]
(B.) The claim, Formerly owned by the faction Volarys, that was sold by ninja124r to SubscriptShark, and later to EricKilla, hereafter known as the "Volaryan Stronghold" [claim of the Alt-Faction Prussia, Essalonia, Coords: 5900, 3675]

Whereas the Kingdom of Volarys had provided on 9 September, 310AC, as part of existing negotiations, the following conditions which the Ultimatum insists Celetil accept,
Wherefore those terms are as follows:
(1) Proclaim the acceptance of term one (I.) of the Volaryan Ultimatum, accepting, as the Ultimatum's promised "compensation", settlement within Term (3), leading to the immediate abandonment and departure of Silferian forces from SunKiss Castle and Volaryan Stronghold.
(2) Proclaims the acceptance of term two (II.) of the Volaryan Ultimatum by King Berkin III of Celetil, and thus awaits the signature of approval of the aforementioned "conditions proposed" to Celetil on 9 September, 310AC.
(3) Does thus achieve the desired result, on the part of the Silferian Empire and the Kingdom of Celetil, of both terms (I. and II.) issued via the Volaryan Ultimatum, following the consent of Volarys to the conditions proposed to King Berkin III by Volaryan Diplomat Ithicus Volar on the 9th of September 310 AC:
We do hereby resolve to convey our acceptance of the terms provided by Volarys, in the interest of the safety and stability of our nations, and return the offer to Volarys for final approval and arbitration under International Law, trusting we will be, so said in their declaration, "compensated adequately".(2) Proclaims the acceptance of term two (II.) of the Volaryan Ultimatum by King Berkin III of Celetil, and thus awaits the signature of approval of the aforementioned "conditions proposed" to Celetil on 9 September, 310AC.
(3) Does thus achieve the desired result, on the part of the Silferian Empire and the Kingdom of Celetil, of both terms (I. and II.) issued via the Volaryan Ultimatum, following the consent of Volarys to the conditions proposed to King Berkin III by Volaryan Diplomat Ithicus Volar on the 9th of September 310 AC:
(A) The payment of Twelve Thousand (12,000) Regals as reparation for the ceding of the Ithanian Realm of Celetil and Essalonian Silferian Outposts to the Kingdom of Volarys.
(B) The truce, lasting Six (6) Months, between the Kingdom of Volarys and the Silferian Empire, as assurance of peace and security for the lands not claimed in the Ultimatum by Volarys, against the threat of Siege and Occupation.
(C) These terms will be applicable for arbitration and enforcement under the jurisdiction of the International Court of Regalia (MassiveCraft Staff), and all future matters pertaining to this matter will be handled through the International Court.
Whereas The Kingdom of Celetil has reviewed the conditions proposed by Volarys for the peaceful removal of Celetil from the "Volaryan Peninsula", and departure from the SunKiss Castle and Volaryan Stronghold, and found these terms fair and reasonable,(B) The truce, lasting Six (6) Months, between the Kingdom of Volarys and the Silferian Empire, as assurance of peace and security for the lands not claimed in the Ultimatum by Volarys, against the threat of Siege and Occupation.
(C) These terms will be applicable for arbitration and enforcement under the jurisdiction of the International Court of Regalia (MassiveCraft Staff), and all future matters pertaining to this matter will be handled through the International Court.
