    Personality and Abilities
    ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵
✼First Paragraph: Strangers are usually fooled by her rough appearance, but come to find that Tsetsiliya is gregarious and warm towards others. Even if she may be a self-serving and cunning in nature, the Vladno takes great pleasure in entertaining the people around her, making every encounter a display of either her knife-throwing abilities or hearty jigs. Tsetsiliya separates her business demeanor from the one she displays day-to-day, shelving her ruthless, deviant attributes until the need arises. Therefore, in terms of confrontation or persuasion, she monopolizes her outward frontage to seethe intimidation.
✼Second Paragraph: Tsetsiliya is too overconfident for her own good. The aura of entitlement which surrounds her is ridiculously peculiar due to her past toils. She sees herself as much more worthy than others, and she’ll bend over backwards to claim what she believes she deserves. This particularly comes into play as soon as she’s enacting in negotiations or the like. Overall, after years spent cooped up in a house doing nothing but weaving, her eye for any sort of abnormality has strengthened, and her desire to reclaim adventure grows by the second.
✼Third Paragraph: The Vladno shows ample care for those she befriends, albeit shrouded by her own personal desires in life. To her, friendship stands close to loyalty, and friends she does make are often kept around through her own idea of what that means, with even those closest to her held at a small distance by a lack of trust and mostly just for her own enjoyment rather than the friendship itself, displaying her self-serving nature. Her family too earns this treatment, with her brothers being the ones she trusts above all of those who make up her next of kin.
✼Fourth Paragraph: Tsetsiliya appears as lawful in everyday life, but bears a stark contrast in her true nature. So long as she can get away with what she is doing she shows little moral restraint, ignoring laws when she pleases and choosing herself above others and ultimately not caring about the price she has to pay to keep herself out of any trouble she finds herself in. She realizes her skills, and will take advantage of them.

    Life Story

    ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵ ‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵‿︵

    ✼Childhood (0-13)
◇On the brisk night of September 14th, Tsetsiliya Mlyatskiydom Yevara Illyanovich was born to Illya Talonshniydom Pyotra Aleksandrovich and Nadiya Mlyatskiydom Lenovra Evgeniyvich in a quiet home located in the city of Mlyat.
◇She was the middle of three children, Yuriy and Misha. Younger than the former by six, and older than the latter by two. The trio got along well, as they all felt the pressure of expectations that their parents had put on them. Surprisingly, she enjoyed the company of Yuriy more than Misha and followed the boy everywhere even if she wasn’t supposed to.
◇Tsetsiliya’s childhood had rolled over smoothly-- or at least for the environment she was in. She, of course, learned how to be a “proper” woman as Yuriy had been starting to get involved in their minor slave trading company overseas. Having her older brother absent for most of her formative years had her longing to reconnect with him through letters, and she did so often.
    ✼Teenagehood (13-19)
◇As a teenager, she did nothing but continue taking care of her home day in and out, but it eventually drew her mad. Hearing of the adventures both her brothers were now on had led her to fantasize of a life outside of housekeeping.
◇To her surprise, on the night of her 16th birthday, Yuriy had returned home from a recent trade. Pulling her away from the festivities that came with her coming-of-age, he disclosed that he required her assistance on his next trip abroad and her father, no matter how uncharacteristic of him, backed the claim. And without question, she accepted.
◇As they boarded the ship, it was was properly outfitted with slaves and the like, although an aura of secrecy still surrounded the crew. Slavery was most definitely acceptable, so why were they so hesitant? Why did they stutter whenever she took things in her own, inquisitive hands? However, after confronting Yuriy-- she found out that her dear, honest brother had been smuggling slag under the cover of slaves.
◇Tsetsiliya didn’t object to this after idolizing him for so long, turning away her future in housekeeping to one of swashbuckling at the drop of a hat. Yuriy was always right, and all he did was right, at least in her mind.
◇It wasn’t long before the appeal of piracy had faded and her first consequence rolled in-- the loss of her left eye. After a couple successful runs to all over Etosil and trips to the Regalian Archipelago, their ship had been overcome by marauders. Tsetsiliya had been fighting it out on the deck when an uncalculated turn had her eyes skewered. The only bit of luck had that night was the fact she didn’t die from blood loss.
◇Their ship barren and hope damaged by their loss of product and slaves, the crew, Tsetsiliya, and Yuriy were unsure if they could regain all the precious cargo and reputation.
◇Months were spent dealing pettier drug paraphernalia and of course, slaves. Slowly but surely they were able to build themselves up again, although the tragedy still kept everyone awake in their cots. Phasing through wins and losses, her allure for swashbuckling was regained.
    ✼Young Adulthood (20-27)
◇At Twenty, Tsetsiliya had accomplished many things in the underground society of smuggling and thievery. Hand in hand with Yuriy-- who now donned the title of Captain-- they happily continued the shtick. She had grown from a meek dreamer to the fearless left-hand of a smuggler, and that was a great achievement in her eyes.
◇It was rare for Vladno women to experience this much freedom, and by that she was humbled. The fact she retained her literacy, polished way of communication, and most importantly-- ‘humanity’, was something she was proud of also. To serve in the company back home, but to assist her brothers on board was a blessing no matter the danger and scrutiny she faced.
◇But at one point, or, one night in particular. The twenty-five year old Vladno had been set to deliver in Regalia. When she arrived, the docks were dark and only glittered with the smirks of degenerates and the like, but a much more inviting characteristic called to her. That was freedom from her insistent culture in an environment no longer bound by boat.
◇There was a choice she had to make: live civilly with the benefit of an entire city to behold, or continue on her adventures with a trusted crew and treasures beyond every horizon. After heavy contemplation, she chose the former. It was time to seek out a permanent home, and this was it.
◇Essentially picking up and leaving, the change from sea to land was difficult. Tsetsiliya ended up working for an equally scummy bar on the docks and assisting in Yuriy in his endeavors from time-to-time. The pace was slower, and so was the risk- at least in her eyes. She enjoyed this change, but doesn’t regret a youth filled with nothing but constant adventure for a second.
    ✼Current (27-)
◇Beginning to phase out of the docks, Tsetsiliya has found a new, respectable position within Valdis Kade’s Dragon Guardian Order. It may still rely on the skills learned from her past, but she pays no mind.
