FROM THE DESK OF COMMANDER RODRIGO PEIRGARTEN
PENNED ON ADMISSIONS OF GUILT FROM OLD TOWN SYNDICATES
A CHARGE OF TREASON ON THE BLACKHAWKS
It is both tiresome and saddening to see, yet not unexpected, that we have to inflict justice upon another organization of criminally inclined individuals formally on the nineteenth of July, 307AC. The crimes committed against the most privileged figures of the high nobility are some of the most unforgivable types in the city. Although these criminals had the decency to come forth with their guilt and admit their flaws to the Law Enforcement, as well as provide us with further information on their now wanted leader; a crime is still a crime, and therefore it must be punished; especially if it is one so grave as treason.

With the word of the Commander Rodrigo Peirgarten, the entire Blackhawks Syndicate and all of their members as well as close associates are here and forth charged with treason. All of their members, followers and supporters are to turn theirselves in to Violet Order custody within the following 24 hours, and if they neglect to do such they will then be charged additionally with Regalian Law 17, which details the criminality of resisting arrest and attempting to escape punishment.

The leader of the now dishonored Blackhawks, Cael Ladveer, is especially to turn himself in for arrest, on grounds of treason. Failure to do so will see his punishment elevated to severe consequences and morbid bodily injuries that he cannot go back from, once caught.

Furthermore, since we have no faith that the members of the Blackhawks will actually be willing to turn theirselves in, like the cowards they have proven theirselves to be many times over, we will also be creating a bounty backed by the Archduke of Basta, the victim of these dishonorable crimes committed against the safety of him, his house, and the well being of his children.

  • Cael Ladveer, Leader of the Blackhawks, a figure usually dressed in a robe and mask but actually suiting the description of a greying brown haired old man with a wooden prosthetic and green eyes, is wanted for five thousand regals, the reward being the offer from the Archduke of Basta.
    • (Furthermore, Louis Delmotte is willing to offer his Subterfuge Support in the WIS System for 5 weeks to whichever WIS-registered group brings Cael Ladveer.)
  • Any other known members, followers, supporters, and even sympathizers of the Blackhawks, are wanted for one hundred regal each on their heads, the reward being the offer from the Violet Order. Any one of these dishonorable curs captured may then be brought to Greygate to suffer their rightful punishment.

Justice and law cannot ever be avoided.
Once a crime is committed, it is permanent, and will one day be found out, whether in a day, or a year, or a decade. It is important to understand, acknowledge and remember that the Violet Order is privy to all kinds of information and privilege throughout the City of Regalia as the rightful protectors of the Capital, and it is our promise and duty that we will let no crime go unpunished.

Spirits blessings and benevolences,

Lord Rodrigo Peirgarten
Commander of the Ironspire Regiment
Grand Magistrate of the Violet Order
Grand Duchess-Consort of Lorhauser
Count of Valentino
Crown Protector of Regalia
Knight of the Faithful Heart

Thea Rote buckled on her chestplate, fastened her gauntlets and hiked up her boots, marching into Greygate with a hopeful gaze and her rapier on her hip. "I have a feeling they won't come marching in with their heads down, seems hunting season is upon us."

*He lets out a calm quiet sigh* "The road to ruin is shorter than you think, and it appears I will follow it until the end." *He then pulls up his scarf a bit more as he walks away unnoticed.*

"Hmm. These treason accusations sweep faster than Violets do, but both are damning if they can get purchase on even just the heel," grumbled Xilthruum as he scanned through the waterlogged parchment sitting on the table of his 'office,' which was more like a private room in the Wraith he'd booked for an hour.

"Perfectly vague, perfectly loose, and to vampires of any kind, perfectly preventative. Now, let's- ah! Here we are," the Lich exclaimed as he pulled free the bounty itself and a page that has Regalia laws written in. "Anything against the peerage or the city's people? This encompasses assault, stealing, and insulting better than all three of those laws do!"

Frustrated, he threw all of his papers into a chaotic kerfuffle that gently gently fell to the floor. Looking up to his enslaved Crimson Witch, he stood up with a snap and an order: "update me on the rivalries of other groups. Legal charters included. Damn guards if you have to. And get me that Cael guy before the Violets do, he might have a skill we can take before he's done for."

Thaddeus Jude stood outside of Greygate, a single unlit cigarette laid in his mouth. He looked around the streets as he curled an end of his moustache with his finger. "Well, seems like we're going to be quite busy this weekend..."

Began to laugh wildly as he read this
"Well Looks like im getting paid today, All I have to do is bring the violets to the damn nook!"
