A Poem written by the hand of Deo dei Termini was placed here for those who passed by to see, the title being, "To the Daendroque", an original by the aged Dressolini General.

Do not fall victim of comparison to a Playero,
At your age I see you within you a spark of brilliance;
Defy, defy the name of a treacherous blight.

Though wise men at their end know that silence is best at night,
Because their words had sparked no pity to their prattling crescendo
Do not fall victim of comparison to a Playero.

Good men, that have long since past us by
Their great deeds keeping us warm throughout the night
Defy, defy the name of a treacherous blight.

Wild men whose lies had been caught in webs of truth,
And learn, too late, that they walked into it long ago,
Do not fall victim of comparison to a Playero.

Brave men, near death, will never look away in fear of the fight
Dying eyes that blaze with courage and righteous vigor give way to new heights
Defy, defy the name of a treacherous blight.

And you, my ancestral cousins with lives so fun and kept held tight
Curse, their names with all your tremendous might
Do not fall victim of comparison to a Playero,
Defy, defy the name of a treacherous blight.
