Introduction and Establishment:
The Vanguard is a Chapter within the State Metropolitan, founded in 311 AC by Commissioner Tarlok. One of the older standing chapters within the Metropolitan, the Commissioner has built up one of the largest Charters with many recognizable Constables. Known for their strength, duty to serve, and overall patriotic nature towards the safety and security of the Holy City of Regalia. The Vanguard Chapter is a true symbol of what a Metropolitan Charter should be.

The Vanguard Chapter is always recruiting, and always taking in new members. If you hold an interest in joining the team, or interacting with our charter specifically, dm me on Discord at HeyoBiggums#8252. I'll usually respond to you by the end of the day, if not immediately!
Same as all other Chapters within the Metropolitan, the Vanguard requires all members to be approved on the Metropolitan Permissions Applications Thread. If you have questions about the application process, refer to the thread itself, or feel free to utilize my dm's. They're always open, and there is NO SUCH THING as a dumb question, when it comes to applying, joining, and playing a character within the Metropolitan.
