~The Tenth Penny~ Home of the Regalian Veterans Society The tenth penny pub, situated on the main street of the Holy-City of Regalia above the Mac Conall Brewery and below the Regalian Veterans Society meeting room. It is a hub for the military community within the holy city, where everyone from common soldiers to even generals rub shoulders and share a toast to the empire. The reason for this is due to the owner, General Eddair Mac Conall of the Regalian Marshal Cabinet, since the pubs foundation he has offered drinks and food at discount for all members of the military.
