• Violating the established terms of his defeat during the honor duel of Aug. 20 by continuing to denigrate the Lady Petra von Schwarzkrau.
• Calling Miss Bernadette Beckett, a House von Schwarzkrau employee, 'simple' a day after she saved his life by his own admission.
• Declining an honor duel challenge issued by Baroq Avox Petrou over insult to name and person.
• Flagrantly undermining the Regalian Legal System by failing to press the subject of an inquest with probing questions, flipping a coin to render a legal verdict and explaining his decision as 'against my personal beliefs' without respect to state law or palatial decree.
• Repeatedly referencing laws or legal language that does not exist, bending legal procedures for his own use in court and referencing legal precedent that had yet to be set to deceive or coerce others into submitting to his personal agenda or convictions.
• Initial non-response to this challenge.

There is ample room for forgiveness; for movement; and for growth. But when the line is drawn in the sand and one refuses to respect this line, push must be returned unto the aggressor to humble them.

This honor duel will not be fought concurrent to the tort challenged by Baroq Avox Petrou and Sera Cadwyn Marth; Count Yngvarr Viduggla will meet Fold von Schwarzkrau's specific challenge separately from the other two.

Finally, Fold von Schwarzkrau pays no aspersion to Count Ardige Viduggla in this notice, but nonetheless finds cause in totality to begin applying some pressure to a wound that refuses to heal: At what point will the head of house adopt responsibility for his brothers' egregious public behavior?
