"The Regalian Literature Club incorporates a foundational interest in the written works, a gathering of like-minded socialites to come together to not only examine the classical or modern works but also to exchange in debates, book-clubs and theoretical discussions and even the development of plays and theatre performance, all relating to a varied palette of academical and fictional studies. Various activities to engage the Club such as book-reading, poetry competitions and even literacy exchanges will dominate the Society." - Lithuandir Telarel
I: To give insight on entertaining literature,
II: To teach and critique each book open to one another with no judgment.
III: To donate our time to the public by welcoming them to our discussions and read-alongs.
IV: To encourage young writers to showcase their works to better their success.
V: To educate, to learn and preserve.
Of personal interest to House Telarel, the Regalian Literature Club is liberal when it comes to members, through a virtually open-door policy. Membership is not reserved solely for the Peerage and Nobility of Regalia, for each voice and written word contributes. The Club prides itself on the preservation and continued expansion of literature no matter the genre and works to help broaden the scope of such works throughout Regalia: Be it through cohesion and collaboration with educational and academic institutions, playwrights and poets, authors and even newspaper organizations.
The majority of sessions will be hosted at the Telarel Estate, to where comforts of home will be extended to official members and chosen guests of the Club to socialize in a calmer and relaxed atmosphere, discussing relevant and modern topics or stories and works of antiquity. Other venues will be sought after depending on the nature of the week, be it academies, libraries to even cafes and other Estates.
Nobility and commoners do not need to be official members, though it is encouraged, to participate in the Club, but doing so means timing and collaboration is likely far easier to manage.
The Regalian Literature Club has various roles to be offered, from regular members to contributors and associates or a combination of all three.
I: Regulars are members are those individuals that wish to partake in the socializing, reading and constructive effort of providing topics of interest and to join in with the various events, parties and gatherings. These members are the epicenter and majority of the Club and are at best foundational membership.
II: Contributors are those who have written work of any variant to offer to the Club whilst still maintain a close membership as an extension of the Regular membership, be it authors, playwrights, poets or academics. To who may provide primary sources of literature to be read and examined. They will also have greater support of literature chosen and discussed.
III: Associates are members who are connected to the Club through external means but can still partake in a different way to the Contributors. Rather than providing written works, they are those members who have their own institutions and societies. Such as newspaper companies, librarians, scholars, academic institute officials and much more. To which collaboration can occur in a joint effort to a common goal. A membership role that does not bar anyone from being another member type regardless.

Anyone is truly welcome to join even if they feel unable to provide any form of literature, it has an open-house policy during the scheduled gatherings so even if you wish not to be a member, you can still partake and join officially at a later date. Also, the books and literature studied, discussed and brought can be a mixture of IRL literature to simply help us engage with in-game stories, lore or simply an improvisation of random books that we can discuss. Typical Book Club feel, go ham if you want to suggest Harry Potter or The Sixth Cycle.
Should there be a sizeable group after the initial release, I will make a discord and offer the discord of House Telarel likewise with a specific and unique role: Club Membership
