A Rallying of the People against the Dragon Menace

Across the city, and the slums small posters would be put up baring the sigil of a dragons skull with a sword through the centre of its head at the top of each page. Below in large letters it read:
THE REGALIAN DEFENCE MILITIA
To all who can read this, or guess to what this poster reads, then I would implore you to read on, and learn of what is required of you, and us after the guards many failings and many of them being controlled by Rikkira and her horrible Dragon Magics.
As the people of this city know, the dragon has begun burning down the city, controlling its people, and inspiring fear into the hearts of all, but I come to say to you that all is not lost, that some people do seek to destroy those civilians who chose to serve the cruel and evil dragon Rikkira, and aid in her hostile take-over of other civilians and the city as a whole.
A nameless group of people have begun gathering together, and have had enough of the destruction, and control, and believe it is time to rally the people against the monsters, and their non-possessed servants. We are The Regalian Defence Militia, a rebellion against their rebellion, and we seek your help.
If you are of noble heart, and have a brave soul, then we implore you to join up, gather your weapons, armour and strength and begin the hunt for the non-possessed dragon cultists and ways in defeating Rikkira, and join us so that we may purge the city of the scum which are her followers, and herself, and reclaim that which was lost to us, our freedom of fear.
As I write this I know that spies will also try and use this to their advantage. To send in the possessed or their fellow worshippers to join up, and conspire to destroy us from within, but I do not care. If and when we destroy the monster which looms over the city they will be as weak as ever, and will be easily destroyed by the guard, and the people. They will die with their Mistress in burning flames.
If you seek to find us, look for Torlian Krakaine, in his intriguing armour and helmet/mask around the city. And if you seek to contact him, leave a message at the docks jammed into one of the ships. He will collect it and reply soon after in the same area. You can also find some of your fellow brothers with a amulet featuring the same
We hope as many of the people of this city as possible will join us, and help free the city of Rikkira forever.

Hello and welcome to The Regalian Defence Militia's Forum thread. This is an idea I have been putting together for a while now, and with all these World Progressions with the Dragon have only further fueled the fire with more ideas for an interesting group. This group will only be around as long as Rikkira is still up to her evil ways BUT it will still be a interesting group to join during this time because of the major amounts of dragon possessed, dragon worshippers and...dragons in general.
For some information on the group, we are basically just going to be an armada of whoever would like to join, gathering together to begin destroying the "enemy" with no real "cap" on how many people can join up, as for he missions I will be planning to do, they will most defiantly require a lot of people as well, if we are willing to defeat the enemy.
To join PM me or one of the other leaders a IC letter or meet with us IC.
