The Pravden: Explained

"The Pravden (largely based off the word "deprived") are a ratlike race roughly the size of small children or dwarves. They live far underneath the cisterns of Regalia (several miles deeper) in an eerie mirror society to Regalia. They have a senate, nobility and even a golden willow tavern, in a more run down and dirty state. The entire species suffers from a form of dementia where many of them even believe they are humans and citizens of the holy city Regalia that lies far above them. They all dress and build with items tossed down the sewers by Regalians from above. Credit goes to Xskill for this race's concept. Pravden are natural scavengers, and as such, tend to be able to snatch more trinkets from fallen foes"

So, I may be a little obsessed with an idea that I saw on the forums a long time ago. A race that was going to be added at the same time as the Avarr, Ur, and Thylan (all of which have since been replaced). However, these strange folk never saw the light of day and it is quite a shame. They were said to live in a weird undercity, parallel to Regalia. This city, as stated above, was built with the stuff that fell into the sewers. They believed themselves to be Ailor, and their undercity to be Regalia itself.

They were rat people. There was art for them at one point, but has since been taken off the forums, so enjoy the art here:

What happened? Maybe someone else knows. From what I understand, they were reworked into the Lampar/ Kleinfolk/ Querbo,/ Crelin. However, these races are no more. So, where does that leave these little fellas?

I made this thread to educate people on never implemented lore. I wanted to know what you guys think, too. Do these little guys have any potential, or would they fall into the nuisance RP that Lampar and their fellow "cutesy" races suffered from?
