Hereby, House Latimer claims total intellectual property over all creations of the Citadel of Proagogi, and creates a system from which the Regalian State and other nobility may petition for the production of said technologies for usage domestic or abroad in aid of the Regalian Empire, so that no individual may use them for ill intent. Furthermore, it will now grant access of up to two projects at a time, with clearance being granted upon request, meeting, and approval. In finality, it will now establish a technocratic inquisition to maintain secrecy and confidentiality in the interest of keeping information secret from enemies of the Regalian Empire.
