Word along the grapevine is that a few lucky Houses will be invited to stay on the Estate’s grounds, while others will be free to peruse the gardens, the vineyards, and the amenities at their leisure. Events such as the Seeker’s Ball of hidden delights; a lovely wine tasting led by miss Lhoris, the Vintner of House Cadieux du Lierre; and a fast-paced horse race prove that this retreat is not to be missed! Who: All the Noble Peerage to the scheduled calendar events. Invited Peerage (invites have been/will be distributed IC) to impromptu events and to stay. What: A week’s getaway to sunny Vixhall, on the southern banks of the Schoenn! When: Sunday, August 8 to Saturday, August 14. Events will be hosted on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 PM EST. Other days are open for other people’s hosted events, and impromptu events will also be hosted for invitees. More event information will come when we get a bit closer! Where: Couronne de Paonne Estate, surrounded by the Bijoux de Vignobles Vineyard. /tp creative, /plot visit information to be given to invitees/RSVPs. Why: IC? To have a good time. OOC? We built a cool vineyard and estate in Creative and want to have y’all over. OOC: We worked really hard on this, and we’d love it if y’all came to enjoy it with us! We wanted to do something fun and a bit out of the box, so we made this big old estate and called it Vixhall. It’s in the Creative world, so still on-server for RP, but outside of the City! This retreat should allow back-and-forth between it and the City - we don’t want to trap anyone or cut them off from RP. Come vibe in the spaces we built, they’re meant to be shared - but don’t worry if it’s not your cup of tea at the moment! It’s just a quick trip down the Schoenn, so you’re free to go back at any time. Information like RP pings for the impromptu events will be given from the Cadieux Discord (PM me if you’re not already in it, we’ll get you in) in an all-new section for the retreat. If you want to host an event on the grounds during the “retreat”, be our guest! Just let us know when and where and we’ll try to get everything nice.
