Hello there my name is Devoruku and today I thought id like to share some funny coincidences I found between my current favourite character, Elliya Nyin, and some lore in the Massivecraft Wiki that could be "connected" to her if a time arose.

First I need to explain my character,
Elliya Nyin is a young 16 year old Yanar girl, she has kelp hair, a fair appearance, curled Url horns and a perky attitude. Elliya is often seen travelling behind groups and being nosey, jumping into convocations whenever she feels like it. She loves plants and animals but strongly dislikes Ailor and humanity for their racism and strangely illogical power over Aloria (which reflects my dislike for humanity and the current social norm here and IRL). She also has a strong dislike for Nelfin (excluding Isldar) for their arrogance for magical superiority, since she has been told many stories about the fifth void invasion and how it could have started.

Next comes a funny coincidence I found when looking into the Faith of Estel, to be more specific I was looking into "Estel's Pantheon" and noticed some funny things with the deity "Elléa'caesíë", the Lady of Liberty and Chaos.
Quote 1: "she can be very disorganized and chaotic, taking great pleasure in luck, chance, and unpredictability.", Elliya, like Elléa'caesíë, is very disorganized, sometimes clumsy and takes pleasure in gambling (luck and chance) and is very unpredictable, often appearing out of thin air.

Quote 2: " Her dogma attracts anarchists, revolutionaries, peasants, and progressives, though her worship is often serene and monk-like.", much like "Ellea", Elliya attracts a lot of people who hate the current social norm or dislike the treatment of society, whether it be social rejects to outcast races, she also seems to give off an up beat feel which seems to make people question society around them.

Quote 3: "Opposite of Julleö'daéssä, Ellea encourages tolerance and open-mindedness, something that is often overlooked by her Altalar worshipers" Elliya is very tolerant to her constant racism directed at her but can sometimes lash out, she is also very open-minded and often seems to listen to others or help them out whenever she can, she also seems to space out a lot, which /IS/ often overlooked by the people I roleplay with.

Quote 4: "Many farmers, herbalists, alchemists, Rangers, and monks flock to her for her message of apathy in nature", While this is less they flock in that she flocks, Elliya can often be seen in the Crown Apothecary, talking with alchemists or herbalists about medical stuffs or buying their wares. Also most of her friends are alchemists so its sort of a relation.

Quote 5: "Ellea is a wildcard, and has no consistent friends or enemies in the Pantheon, except for her rivalry with her brother." Elliya is also a wildcard, she is unpredictable and often switches moods and traits with ease on the spot just to seem more interesting (often seen as comical by other players). Also Elliya is in a constant rivalry with her "adopted" older brother John Nyin, who is often at sea as a fisherman, the two often compete in arm wrestling or chess.

Quote 6: " Elléa'caesíë is worshipped through the preservation of the natural world, as well as apathy towards disaster." Elliya loves nature and anything plant-like but also loves the idea of total destruction, mainly for the Regalian Empire as she hates human races, referring to them as "Fleshlings" or "Apes".

Quote 7: "Adherents to Ellea's code do not attempt to tame nature by cutting grass or trimming hedges; they allow all to grow as she deems it, and harvest only what fruit they need." Elliya is the same as Ellea's teaching in this respect, she loves plants to overgrow and she dislikes plants to be trimmed. Elliya's house, while stable, has a massive overgrown tree growing through it and is covered in plants all over the walls and floor, even her bed has vines and ivy covering it at times.

Quote 8: "they strike back with rampant vandalism and chaotic shows of terrorism." Elliya has no problem being a "little bitch" to get slight revenge in her case, often breaking things behind someone's back or spreading rumours or terrorism to get her way, in a way Elliya is themed off of the original myth for Pandora's Box, where Pandora was created by the Gods to be beautiful yet sly and cunning in order to punish man (who were all male in the time) by pouring all that was negative into the world, yet hope remained. (that whole thing of her being a curious princess or something is total rubbish).

Quote 9: "Many followers deny social responsibility and seek to abolish social structures, which usually results in the enforcement of their own idyllic vision of what the world should look like." Just like the followers of Ellea, Elliya as stated hates the Regalian social norm and has a wish to abolish it or live long enough to she the end of the Regalian Empire. She wishes for an empire ruled by a Yanar Empress, where all races are treated equally and share land and rights with ease.

Quote 10: "Elléa'caesíë is depicted as a younger version of Estel, complete with her mother's slender features and adorned with the products of nature, such as vines, wreaths, and flowers." Elliya's appearance is that of a beautiful, young girl with kelp hair and url horns that are covered in lily flowers (meaning virginity and purity for her). Ellea is depicted as a young version of Estel, beautiful and covered in flowers, and both are connected with Estel herself.

Quote 11: "She is mostly captured in a seductive pose." Elliya is very cheeky but often strives for a seductive appearance, often pulling a cutesy attitude when around men, which has lead to them protecting her in the mistake of them thinking she is a young, weak and defenceless maiden.

Quote 12: "is also capable of growing plants around her at will." In the lore Yanar can use magic of sorts to "speed grow" plants over time, which Elliya often does when bored.

And finally id like to point out that Elliya and Ellea's names are nearly identical, both are connected to Estel, both strive about freedom and both hate social norms. When I read this I was laughing at how similar both characters were I though id share this.
