The amphitheater laid unused as the coldest of temperatures hit Regalia from an early november storm. A thin blanket of soft, impressionable snow, gave way to the Voltalar with a broom sweeping away seat after seat to clear it for the arrival of those who would heed his call.

The early morning sun rose over the city, it was going to be a long day.

A notice is left out to collect dew along its edges, hung up in the Market Court, Dragon Temple, Gladium District, and finally the Undercroft.

"People of Regalia, of the differing divisions within Draconic faith, those who align themselves to none of the planar powers, and those which find strength or lineage to either of them. Coren Isil of the Matron's Dragon Wardens calls for a summit held within the Old Town Park's amphitheater to discuss recent matters involving the world state of Aloria. A public dialogue to share knowledge, and gain insight on matters which are unfolding in the world unknown around us.

All those who desire to learn, share, and seek harmony in these matters are welcome. The dialogue will be moderated, and any group attending will have a moment to speak, and ask any questions they desire which shall be answered so long as it doesn't detract from the gathering's purpose. Your attendance is not mandatory, but those who arrive will help contribute to this collaboration in unity. So set aside your differences before entering, and arrive with an open mind. And to those who desire to disrupt said occasion, think carefully on who will be there."

Out of respect for the Faerie Ball event, I will be pushing this event further to start instead at 7 PM EST.
