Background:
✧˖°. Founded by a small group of Mystech and primarily led by the Naturebound Spirit Cass and Draconism Priestess Ishïka, The Dreamer's Collective s was formed in October of 312 AC, forged within the tucked away cavern of the Draconum Sanctuary. Based upon the ideals of Daiana, the Gray-Dreaming Dragon, the Collective aims to extend her compassion of Spirits to similar artificial beings and offer them solace from the harsh world of the city proper.

Mission and Goals:
✧˖°. Community and Safety: To provide an open and welcoming safe haven/community to Mystech of all kinds to be their true selves, so long as they respect the nature of the Sanctuary in turn. Primarily, it welcomes Spirits who possess a desire to live freely and without judgment and who are willing to engage on the path of Naturebinding; Homunculi who've fled from their masters in search of a purpose; Automata who've broken away from or forgotten their original programming, to find a new path.
✧˖°. Guidance and Wisdom: To guide those of Spiritual origin to the path of Naturebinding or Shardbinding, in alignment with the gray-dreaming Dragon Daina's goals of Spirits and mortals living in harmony.
✧˖°. Diplomacy and Connections: To actively forge alliances where possible with those outside its own circle in a similar vein, supporting a primarily pro-occult stance and standing against groups who seek to harm or condemn those occult inclined, sharing similar struggles with those of Mystech.
✧˖°. Rights and Freedom: Although a risky and potentially far future proposition, the Dreamer's Collective will make collective efforts to allow Mystech of all kinds to live more as citizens in the city of Regalia, free to be who they are whether in the Sanctuary walls or the streets of the the surface.

How to Join:
✧˖°. Joining the Collective is a very informal process, in the sense that the only requirements are that a prospective member be a Mystech of some kind. The group is constantly recruiting due to the recent influx of Mystech individuals within Regalia, and more than over do those lost souls need a home. Recruitment can be done with either Cass or Ishïka through a semi-organized private meeting.
✧˖°. If a Spirit, they must be open to being guided to the path of Nature/Shardbinding, and aim to reduce their magic usage from the point they join the Refuge.
