The Court of Hosts was established Janurary 4th, 311 A.C. by the Imperial Hostess, Countess Tuija Vikström. The Court functions differently from a noble's court in the sense that those who sign up are not servants to the house but instead members of a prestigious society. This society has one goal and it is to serve the Empire along with the Imperial Host to cater events to unify the public. Anyone can apply and each individual will be reviewed before acceptance or denial. ​

The Court recommends each person who applies to have an interest in hosting events and have great social skills. You do not have to be a member of the Court in order to attend any of the socials, however, you must be a legal citizen.​

The following rules need to be followed and enforced by members of the Court and those who attend events.​

➣ Members of the Court and attendees are supposed to dress appropriately. If you do not have formal attire, please let the Countess know and an outfit will be made.
➣ Members of the Court are allowed to host in the open areas of the estate. No members of the Court may go into private family quarters without a family member, house staff, or guard.
➣ Attendees of socials and events will respect the Palace grounds and the members of the Court.
➣ Attendees are not allowed to carry any weapons unless:

➢ The attendee is a Knight.
➢ The attendee is a member of the aristocracy.
➢ The attendee is a member of House Nordhjem's Guard.​

➣ Any event or social hosted by a Court Member must letter the Imperial Host to have the event approved or denied.​

➣ NO MAGIC IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME UNLESS THE IMPERIAL HOST APPROVES IT.​

The following benefits are offered to members of the Court until they either quit or are removed.

➣ Members of the Court will be able to host their own events within the Winter Palace with the approval from the Imperial Host, giving them large amounts of space for any and all events.
➣ Members of the Court are given access to the Court Chambers of the Winter Palace, allowing them to bring a plus one whenever.
➣ There will be private socials and events for Court Members to attend (not mandatory but advised).
➣ All Court members must be aware of etiquette and be able to properly address members of the aristocracy. Failure to do this on multiple occasions will have consequences.
➣ During events, Court members are requested to wear a pendant or sash to signify their position in the color of white, blue, gold, or black. This will help attendees if there are any questions or requests.

Remember that the Winter Palace is occupied by members of House Vikström and to treat it with respect. Under no circumstance will disrespect to the family, other families, or the Imperial Family be allowed. If anyone is found doing any of the following they will be removed and barred entry until the situation is handled appropriately.​

OOC EXPLANATION:
This is a "club" made for event hosters! Thought it would be fun to involve as many people as I could with my position to keep a stream of events going since I am only one person. I still plan to host 2-3 events monthly so it will give plenty of time for people to fill up the rest!

Basically, to explain this simply, if you are wanting to host an event and are approved, you can use any of the Winter Palace's public spaces for the event! I want to see more people hosting and also more collaborations between people so if this interests you, sign up!

I will also be offering help with anyone so if you are maybe wanting to test the water just DM me and we can plan an event together! This means if an event I am hosting grabs your attention, dm me if you would like to help or add to it.​
