The Broken Tusk was founded by Kolvon as the previous name of special forces within the Lykon Polorc’s army. Kolvon was a strong Rakhon that grew within Daendroc to be an infamous name, and his handpicked crew of talented warriors proved fruitful in several battles. Notably, The Broken Tusk was sent in the Ranger Crisis against the Avanthar. Their feud lasted many years until the Regalian Empire outplayed the Elves and assisted the Orcs in securing their land. The Broken Tusk would come home to a confused and perhaps changed Polorc then they last left it. Knowing the bloodshed of the recent crisis, many of the Orcs left the force and took to their inner-Thrift, creating small war-parties within Daendroc, leaving The Broken Tusk much weaker than its previous iteration.

Only a few years after, Kolvon was slaughtered for defending his child which was born a Silven. The small amount of his family that did survive, the Lok-Guthrains, were exiled from the Lykon Polorc. Though, as this decision was made the remnant of the almost-dismantled Broken Tusk came back from their recent excursion to siege a local tent-city set up by the Avanthar, and their leader- Kalmar Lok-Guthrain was at the forefront. After a brief conflict, those loyal to the Lok-Guthrain name took to joining The Broken Tusk Company, and traveled miles, through many towns and cities taking up whatever jobs they could find for a variety of prices. Fighting through many inner-conflicts within Daendroc, such as land feuds and dealing with hostile militias, The Broken Tusk Company became the talk of many towns.

After earning their lump-sum of coins to send the large party to the Crown City, their mercantile affairs did not stop. In fact, they kept up their steady amount of jobs and work for the time of inactivity amongst many mercenary guilds. Though, through two years of hard work, they earned the leisure of obtaining a place to stay through Kalmar’s mysterious way with the Ailor. As Kalmar rose through the ranks, they kept to themselves and thrived alongside him in his own wealth. But, when he became noble, they were the first to be put on the Polorcs and care for their people- being dignified fighters, they were sent to towns where large inner-conflict brewed and moved to eradicate it. They were treated well, and they were paid accordingly.

Today, Kalmar has dethroned himself as Count of Pol Tanh and has made a commitment to his people that have stayed by his side through the years, and those back within Daendroc. He has taken up arms as he once did- with his own warriors, and now moves to fight with more freedom to his name then he ever had before. With this, he has now opened up his own mercantile band, putting glory back in the name of The Broken Tusk Company. Hoping to garner wealth, power, and respect- though not through land owned, but by name. To regain honor and will within himself and his people, only time will tell where they will rise or fall.

The hierarchy within the Company is made to be exceptionally simple. As it is expected to be loyal to a fault, within all Orken or ranks within the Company no matter what title or position. You fight because you are told to, and everyone is expected to treat everyone else more or less the same within the company. Those found at fault for these simple steps will be exiled from the company, and accordingly, punishments will occur.
