Zaheer I'l Lasha He clutches his blood stained knife in one hand, watching in awe as the beam of light decimated the deathlings. After the speech he slowly walks through the rubble, he briefly spots the body of Amar Tellsman, his old leader, being carried away. Zaheer moves back to his post, he gazed out into the field of bodies. He wouldn't sleep well tonight.
"On the other side of the wall, Rorak lifted Brandt (no easy task), and hurled him up and -over- the barricade, sending him crashing atop poor Jaime Rosendahl, who had the life squashed out of him as his ribs snapped, lying below the fearsome marked. Brandt didn’t stop, tearing his claws into the nearest defender with a scary speed. " @AtticCat @Miss_Confined Anyhow. I'd like to give a huge thanks to those involved with the writing of this progression post, and I can't wait to see what comes next!
Three cheers for Amar. In spite of being considered a terrorist and a radical, he stuck to his word and fought tooth and nail for Regalia. Hero of the hour right here. Also, that's some sweeeeeet armor.
Yes, or at the very least, we're approaching a major development. Alexander's speech suggests that the next move will be in a matter of days at the earliest.
The PQ results for my char (Not available to anyone IC yet besides people who were working on the Evocarum or who survived Rothburg) In the days before the Battle of Rothburg, the dwarf amassed as much information on Starlight Magic as he could. He poured over tomes, spoke to mages, and began to suspect. What if the deathlings could be destroyed with this magic? He raced over, scrambling. Then he knew where his knowledge may be useful. He fled Regalia, making it to the countryside, and made a beeline to Rothburg. There he waved his books frantically, insisting he was there to help. He joined the place, and was handed over to the scholars on hand. While they had nearly completed the Evocarum machine and their suspected result already, it was this dwarf's unlikely help that confirmed their theory and allowed them to finish it. He witnessed the machine firsthand, and the Battle of Rothburg, and with his knowledge, he had a strong glimpse into the future of starlight magic.
