IC Introduction:
Understand that this organization is bent on finding ourselves common ground. Yet, before we can publically obtain a shelter of our own, we are based on providing public gatherings for those intrigued by our studies. The Helvallt Temple will be primarily used to conduct unbiased research inside of. However, we are willing to open ourselves up to public scholar academies, as long as they are accepting of our members' hunger for information.

Beyond The Shadow of Secrecy
The time has come where we have found ourselves on the verge of societal progress, yet again and again, tragedies continue to strike against us and tear apart our knowledge. This organization seeks to amend the scholarly, the knowledgeable, the wise and the committed together underneath a single and amassed banner. We will not need to fear the oppression of those wishing to confiscate and drown our yearns for the secrets of our world, as we will put pen and paper to work!
The TVMO is committed to the protection of those wishing to seek knowledge and the full, employed resourcing of those interested in the fruits of experimentation. While we do focus ourselves on much of the Occult, Engineering and Alchemy are two sure fire points of skill that we require. As well, knights and anyone willing to protect ourselves and the work we do to benefit the world is welcome for hire. Full research supplies and accommodations are willingly being donated for full-time usage in our unity. We seek to gain public refuge in multiple religious temples and scholarly properties.
The main hold of our organization is that bias, regardless of where and when it stemmed from, can be completely eliminated from the process of gaining research. Racial warfare, religious conflicts and the hunger of those corrupted by power can be scorched away in favour of serving an organization committed to the wellbeing of our expressed knowledge.

1. All members are allowed to equally find and access research materials and/or information, regardless of their current circumstances.
2. Nonviolence is heavily ensured between our members, unless through spars or training. Any form of violence that is not done to protect the sanctity of our work will not be tolerated.
3. All research is allowed to be conducted on site, once we have a proper building. However, in the time being, all research must be kept in a way in which it shall not damage any foreign property that we our being generously offered to conduct within.
4. Any members that apply will not be rejected based on prior misdeeds or on any fundamental basis between ourselves. All are given a fair, unbiased shot to join.
Members will be officially given a certification document proving that they are within the organization. They will be able to access all research equipment, as long as they do not damage it.
Supporters:
These are those that are not willing to fully commit to the organization, but are generally invested in the idea of said organization.
Donors:
These are those that are permitted to the legal rights of certain technologies and/or products that we utilize. As well, these can be those that donate funds/resources to support our cause.
Round of Equities:
The highest branch of researchers, following under direct study of the most volatile knowledge that we will have on hand. Each will be branded a title in accordance and given full disclosure of the organization's highest responsibilities.
