This is a summoning of all members of the Skagger Order making residence within the Crown Isle. This is for the collective interest of our institution as well as the progression of our culture with interest to the Regalian Empire. For years we have struggled and fought for what we perceive as our right to exist and to promote ourselves and the welfare of our kin. Some of our fights have been justified, other foolish ventures by corrupted souls. Whatever the case may be, we must progress as a people in order to preserve our culture for future generations.

And in this same message I declare myself as Rakhr over the Crown Isle. The interests of such are to promote security and a cultural renaissance of the Velheim people. This I do by right of noble birth and of my status of Berhednar. If any claim to hold this title, I reject it by your idleness. I welcome any who doubt my ability to challenge my claim by way of Lovgang and let Jovr's Justice decide who is fit to lead.

And as a final note, I wish to reaffirm the position of House Norrvakt as a humble and loyal servant to the Empire. Words on parchment are only that so our House will make greater efforts to prove this and all claims written upon this notice. By the strength of our will, it shall be done.
