ARLORA
- The Artisans' society lands on the coastline. They shake hands with the Roca Company, and immediately begin creating new factory lines, assisted by the magic of the Pressena Elves. The Sihndar are more supplied than they've been in years.
- The Aelrrigans arrive in the middle of all this, led by Paladin Morwen Pierce, and greet the Sihndar of the Ferian Hold with some familiarity. They try to crack down on the rampant magic use of the Roca Company and Pressena Elves, but every time they try, they are paused by either bureaucratic prevention, or a steadily increasing amount of Glennbeast Demons being sent in by Ferian.
- This leaves a still incredibly liberal, pro-magic state. The Aelrrigans are powerless to slow down the rapid expansion and magic use of the Pressena Elves and Roca Company, and the Sihndar and Artisans are simply happy to be supplied again by the new magicians of Arlora.
- Food becomes no issue, by that metric, but the Glenbeasts become a greater risk. With Torse so thoroughly defended, Ferian seems to understand that the King of Hel, who may soon become the de facto King of Arlora, is a genuine risk to his existence, resulting in harsher invasions. Rumors spread that should Roca get past this, he intends to re-found the Ferian Hold. Similarly, questions crop up that are a fair bit more frantic, wondering why Roca is so intent on expanding further north? More importantly, what he could possibly intend to do with the ruins of the Kingdom of Farador?

TORSE
TORSE
- The Arcanist's Society arrives first. Masked magicians make great showings of their skills in the streets of what was rapidly becoming a New Anglia. The Anglian population is in some ways impressed, but in many others a little annoyed. The noise of these mage supremacists and their fancy cantrips is just a bit too much in one direction for the peasants & merchants resettling Torse.
- Just as the Arcanists actually begin participating in Torse's new society, using Graviturgy and Evergrowth to create infrastructure from thin air, the Lothar arrive. The Arcanists are forced into hiding, layering disguise after disguise to fade into the already rapidly growing Anglian population. The Lothar discover what Arcanists (and generally hidden Archon and Dragon Mages) and put them down. The noise of people being murdered in the streets, and the intensity of their Purist hatred is just a bit too much in the other direction for the Anglians, who are generally unhappy with this result.
- This leaves behind a tense, Centrist state, which is now partially less willing to listen to the voters. Arcanists through the veil of shadows, and Lothar in broad daylight, both argue for a change in magic laws so one can conquer the other.
- Ferian's Glennbeasts become less of a problem in Torse, thanks to the militarized Lothar Order and the power-fed Arcanists. Both sides struggle to not murder each other during demonic incursions. Alas, all that time spent arguing has led to the Arcanists being unable to revitalize the land with magic, and the rapid population growth is making it particularly hard to find enough food to go around.

RUTTGHER
RUTTGHER
- The Voyagers arrive first. They initially attempt to break down cultural issues between the Kathar and Ailor populations, but are rapidly pushed aside and knocked down by the combined might of the Wirtem, Velheim, and Regalian military, who all seem collectively out for blood.
- That is, until the Bloodcasts appear, headed by Paladin Ross Hawkings. The Bloodcasts block the military from butchering Kathar through a mixture of political power, carefully used legal exceptions, and eventually raw force. The effort necessary to continue this mass-exiling and slaughter becomes untenable, and the military pulls out. This gives enough time for the Voyagers to engineer peace between the Kathar and Ailor, but also the Velheim and Wirtem.
- This creates a tense, somewhat centrist state. The Wirtem still lobby and make an effort to prevent magic use, which the Bloodcasts and Voyagers don't care enough to prevent. But, the Kathar population is alive, and having their equality fought for by the combined effort of these two new arrivals, and as such will likely pursue magical freedoms for their Aldurist goals.
- It's a little bit late, however. The Bloodcasts and Voyagers were not prepared to handle the uptick in Vampires, who had been fed fleeing Volarik and exiled Kathar. This, alongside the reawakening of something old and dark, has incentivized these Vampiric populations to attack, kidnap, and infect local populations. If not dealt with soon, there comes a real risk of Vampires taking Ruttgher. Atop this, so much time spent hunting Kathar has led to food supplies drying up. If not dealt with, the newly united people of Ruttgher will begin to starve.

To answer the issues of starvation, lifting violence and death, the Bureaucracy has zoned out a set of supplies for the nobles to choose between, including Temporary Food, Livestock & Animals, and Weaponry. Roca's company, too, has zoned some supplies, including Money, Magical Reagents, and Weaponry. The Noble Assembly to decide supplies will be on March 8th, at 3:00 PM PST.
The Roca Meeting to decide supplies will be on March 9th, at 3:00 PM PST.
