Within the sky dotted clouds barely visible through the glimpses of moonlight that illuminated the earth beneath at the late hour. Frigid winds blew through Regalia picking up snow and throwing it around and at any passing night owl that tread the streets of the Holy City. One such man was an Isldar Dragon Warden, Silver Swyftfurusat, dressed in long-sleeved clothing with a cloak billowing out behind him as he proceeds through the snow leaving trails in his wake. Within his grasp, he held a large bag a sack over his shoulder for the supplies he had pack himself for the journey he was about to venture forth upon.
He navigated through the freezing weather with little to no care of the winds blowing relentlessly against his snow-like skin. Overhead, he could see the Soul Rivers flowing about gracefully. Drifting around, moving through trees, and buildings like they were nothing but illusions. Though the clouds moonlight shone through to light Silver's way to the docks of Regalia, moving across the old stonework toward his scheduled ship. Upon being early the man simply waiting, resting his person against the railing and looking down to the frosty waters below. A sigh left his barely parted lips as he contemplated a few things in his time of waiting.
Thoughts of regret, fear, anxiety, sadness flew through his mind at the speed of a loosed arrow toward the heavens. He clenched his fists, looking to the ship for a few moments before looking down the stone docks and toward Regalia with a long pause.
"No." Muttered the man to himself with gritted in his teeth. "Not this time." He continued with power behind the words.
Silver turned back to the ship, listening to the captain's call as he quickly pushed off the railing and started his walk aboard. He was greeted by the sailors and captain, having paid for the one way trip to Ellador he was not stopped from moving down to his quarters. The Warden dropped his items off and sat upon the bed he was provided, sinking into it slightly as his hands back up together. Elbows resting upon his knees as he just thought for a few more moments of what could happen. Before he was able to back out any longer the vessel had pulled out from the harbor and started toward Ellador.
"No going back. I will do this." Silver reassured himself softly.
The Isldar looked up at the ceiling of his quarters with his unnatural hues, sighing one last time before falling back into the bed and soon dozing off into rest. His journey to Ellador just beginning.
