Quick and to the point; Sorenviks may want some guards. It isn't really a need, and I will be really picky about selection. I don't expect super active guards that are around 24/7, and it is fine to be in any charter that Sorenviks will approve of. As for requirements, you should know the Sorenviks in some capacity IC. You should have good fighting skills, if not other valuable skills.
In essence, you'll be a drinking-buddy with weapons permit. You can skip the application if there was an IC meeting about it. If you are uncomfortable sharing your skype openly, PM me.
Rights of the Sorenvik Guard:
Rights to wear A cuirass/chest-plate of plate armor of any kind. (arms/neck/head may not be armored)
Rights to wear a chain-mail skirt/hip-guard, no further armor above cured leather. (legs/feet/neck may not be armored)
The right to bear weapons in open carry, but not military grade.
The right to defend any member of a Noble household from aggression.
The right to perform citizen arrests on attackers against said Nobles.
The right to transfer citizen arrests to City Guard Authorities.

Ranking, within the Sorenvik Guard, ceases to formally exist. The hierarchy of the guard is an unspoken code among those in it. It is Kaya's strong belief leadership arises naturally, and the leadership of the Sorenvik Guard is no different. Sorenviks come first, all others decide among themselves.
