Added Inquest Knowledge and swapped some other points around.
Also added a little extra detail onto the core concept.

Well now, that update to Racials was a pleasant surprise!
Replaced Element Brand 3 with Exorcism 2, since know.
Dude can just create a magic aesthetic weapon instead of branding his current one now.
That's pretty much it.

Small proficiency re-work.
Used the extra point spent in Wisdom for another Engineering pack.
(made some more changes earlier but reverted them recently after re-thinking a bit)

Changed Nature Magic to Arcane Magic.

I think this character follows a similar trend to your other where you are better off just biting the bullet and going for Greater Mage. Two points in strength is not going to make the character very competent in melee combat, just use Combatforce.
 
Similar but not exactly the same here, I'd say.

Back in Stray's vigilantes days he'd probably have the equivalent of 3-5 strength, back before he invested more time into scholarly/wisdom stuff. But since he's retired from that, he's bound to be significantly weaker physically (no longer in his prime to speak), but I feel he should still have that experience in his mind. And while yeah, relying on Combatforce/Greater Mage would make more sense for this character (and I'll definitely use combat force for higher stakes combat), his previous life's effort and practice should still be around, even if a lot weaker.

Plus, I still want him to be capable of teaching sword stuff to people.
