Sign-ups For Noble Sponsors

Noble Peers of the Realm,

For the upcoming Two-versus-Two Tournament in honour of Drowda, to be had in a few days time, the teams who will be partaking will be applicable for sponsorship from noble houses. Originally, a meet-and-greet would have taken place for it, but due to the vast scheduling differences of so many peers, this was simply not able to occur.

Instead, any nobles who wish to formally sponsor a team in the tournament, may do so by simply sending in a letter of notice, detailing what team they wish to sponsor for the duration of the tournament. Doing so may allow said house(s) to share in the glory of the victories their preferred team may find on the tournament battlefield. Victory will beget winnings of gold, so choosing who to back is as important as it is costly if not chosen wisely.

Should not enough sponsors come forward, the concept will be simply be scrapped, and House Croy will provide extra winnings and potential opportunities for the tournament's victors instead. House Croy will also abstain from selecting a team to sponsor at the beginning, and opts to sponsor whatever team receives the least backing. Furthermore, there are incentives for those who sponsor teams, which will be outlined further on.

Sponsorships will officially close 2 hours before the tournament begins.

• The following teams are eligible for sponsorship:

    • Sponsors: House Kirsch, House von Karlisle, House Mekrov, House Vikström, House von Rolanthe
  • [TEAM B] Gwilym Arnyn [Aelrrigan] and Howland von Mortiz [Viridian]
    • Sponsors: House von Caldrin, House Norinn, House Salas
  • [TEAM C] Signe Losnedahl [Aelrrigan] and Vicelin of Praag [Non-Knight]
    • Sponsors: House du Poncaire, House Delmotte, House Lemieux, House Belrose, House Felariell, House Altagracia
  • [TEAM D] Heishan Sun [Non-Knight] and Lyonel Deceres [Non-Knight]
    • Sponsors: House Peirgarten, House Abanweard, Clan Lei, House Delgado
• Any amount of Houses may sponsor any given team. A House can only sponsor 1 team.
  • However, the more a team is sponsored, the more the winnings awarded to the sponsors will be split. For example, if 5 houses sponsor a team that wins, these winnings would be split 5 ways. If 1 house sponsors a team that wins, they get the full winnings.
• The gold winnings for a sponsor(s) is as follows:
  • 10,000 Regals, split evenly amongst the victors when applicable. A victor's ball will also be thrown by House Croy in honour of the winning team and their sponsors.
  • 5,000 to the runner up, split evenly amongst the victors when applicable.
  • No prize for 3rd or 4th.

• To choose a team, a Head of House needs to simply do the following:
  • Respond to this post with a simple note of who your house will support. It can be as complex as a letter, or as simple as a team name and your House name/character.
  • Send a discord DM to myself at muffinns. It can be as complex as a letter, or as simple as a team name and your House name/character.
  • Please do NOT send me a forum DM as I will likely forget about it.
• Someone who is not the head of a house can declare the above, so long as their Head of House has signed off on it. Please clarify this was done if you do so.
• Any Blue, Court, or Red family may sponsor a team.
