His head exhibits soft predominantly blonde hair with some grey strands, and a few more slightly beginning to grey at the roots. His face has stern blue eyes with strongly visible jaw and cheek bones with relatively thin lips. His nose is sharp and defined and his chin is wide and strong, standing out just a bit. Although he kept very active in his younger years and strives to keep his body shape up, his old age is slowly beginning to hinder his abilities to maintain his athleticism. This, consequently, is why Siegfried prefers his horse for his primary mode of transportation rather than walking. Around his body are a few scattered scars from wounds he's gained defending his homelands from Velheimer incursions. Spoiler: Art Personality First Paragraph Siegfried would be often perceived as very stern and disciplined, traits he’s gained from his years of military service. He’s often very friendly at first encounter, but one must be wary as his temper can be short-lived. Despite this, he’s always keen to make new acquaintances and friends but it’s important to point out he chooses who to interact with very carefully, and is highly judgmental to those he does not know. Second Paragraph Siegfried’s confidence parallels with his arrogant mindset. He’s highly judgmental of those around him, often placing others on his own spectrum of popularity and influence. He uses this spectrum to determine how he’ll speak to and act around specific individuals. Most of his anxieties come from the pressure of attempting to make his family proud and gain recognition from them and the state. Third Paragraph - Towards friends and family, Siegfried is much more open to conversation and his soft side is exposed. He enjoys spending time with his daughter especially, the two having a very close bond as opposed to her somewhat distant mother. With friends, Siegfried maintains his disciplined composure, staying respectful, kind and collected. Specifically around family however, Siegfried feels confidence in his ability to fend for himself, rarely asking for favors or advice, revealing somewhat of a stoic persona towards smaller personal issues. Fourth Paragraph Siegfried often places himself above others, willing to put others behind him to get ahead. With goals of personal gain in sight, he views corruption as either a convenience or a hindrance depending on how it affects him and his reputation. Siegfried can have a hard time refraining from speaking ill of anyone to those around him, as well as from returning slander with slander, when he should rather be ignoring it. Life Story Siegfried grew up in the family lands in Opper Calem with strict but kind and loving parents. Although his parents were patient whilst raising him Siegfried appeared to develop somewhat of a short temper on his own, often getting upset when he believed things were unfair or after he'd been punished for behaving improperly. These short tantrums were often quickly suppressed by his parents, which would eventually morph him into a kind but very disciplined young man - even though his short temper remains to this day. He showed his interests in leadership at a young age, often leading the other von Rahm children around the estates grounds on their own little 'adventures', growing strong relations with the family he grew up with. As he grew older and began to mature, Siegfried was pushed towards learning more combative skills from older family members and the house guards as per instruction from his father. Siegfried displayed adequate skill in his spars and duels, however he more often than not questioned the tactics on a battlefield rather than the skills of swordplay itself. Eventually Siegfried’s parents, wanting him to pursue his passion for command yet still wanting him to have proactive roles on the battlefield, sent him to a local School of Marshalry in Regalia. There he learned to lead from the front lines, able to serve those who sit back and plan the battle out, like a pawn on a chessboard. Shortly after graduating Siegfried enlisted in the Regalian military, where he's continued to serve for his entire life. As Siegfried grew older he began to develop his arrogance, often making harsh judgments of others and their actions. He began to think of himself as an exceptional exemplar to the family, even if he was not seen this way. Eventually, with high expectations, Siegfrieds was placed in charge of the 78th Landsknecht Company, charged with the local protection of the borderlands against Velheimer incursions. Siegfried remained loyal to the Ninth patriarch and it was his urging that convinced the lord to step out of mourning and return to the Crown Isle. Before long, Siegfried himself decided to embark on the journey himself. After a few months Siegfried had already established Command over a Chapter of the Violet Order, eventually becoming heir of the von Rahm titles and landing as Tenth Patriarch of House von Rahm.
