Archived Shop Stalls/carriages

I've been walking around and exploring regalia a lot lately, and I've noticed these shop stalls and carriages that are just sitting here and there. Maybe you could put those up for rent? Like I'd love to open a jewelry shop of some sort but all of the shop areas are either taken or to expensive. I don't know. This is just an idea

I think this could be a great addition. I'd love to walk through a market a buy some fresh fruit or a new pair of shoes.

Some of the non-rentable areas in other districts were either just created by staff, or were possibly forgotten due to locations or something.

Either way, I think there was something mentioned about the Cathedral and Commerce District going through the final tweaks before being released.
