FROM THE DESK OF THE SECRETARY FOR THE FAITH
A PROCLAMATION
​

On this day, January the 30th, a proclamation from the Office of the Secretary for the Faith was made.

1. On the 1st of February, at 5pm Regalian Reckoning (US Eastern, 10pm London) A "Commander's Cabinet Summit" shall be held from the Government Offices Complex, just beside the Knights Quarters. It will be hosted by the Faith Secretary Jared Luchs Kade. Any individual who claims to speak for a group of willing soldiers and agents to the Empire and Military, whether they be a collection of Knights, a group of loyal Aberrants, or a regiment of fighters, are free to send a representative. The Summit is held with the intent to establish a Cabinet and Taskforce that serves the Regalian Military and handles the war-planning, training, recruitment, and operations in greater service to the General's Marshal Cabinet and State. This Summit shall not be recognized as an official gathering of any Military or State officials and remains "interested civilians" until approval is given by the Marshal Cabinet or a similar authority.

The following groups and individuals are invited and encouraged to attend, due to having Personal Regiments, being renowned Commanders, or being believed to represent those with useful skills to the Empire. Any others especially interested in Command or otherwise are free to attend.

2. A Legal addition to Regalian Common Law is sent out from the Secretaries office, cited as a "legality of faith" addition to Common Law. The Lord Chancellor/Lord Commander may revise this Law. The new law is stated as follows.
Regalian Common Law 21. To seek out and act on behalf of non-State approved, heretical Holy Sites (Such as "Conduit" sites) is illegal.

3. Concerning the recently opened Arcanum Institute and the Glass Spire, in accordance with the limitations placed upon the School by the Secretary of the Magi, the Secretary of the Faith makes it mandatory for any magical institution to have a bust or statue of the Emperor, Alexander I, on its premises, as a solemn reminder of the service to the Empire that is required for such institutions to function openly. The Glass Spire is officially recognized as a "Temple" and is thus considered Holy Ground, and thus an approved Holy Site.

A STATEMENT
​

Let it be emphasized that the Secretary of Faith's gathering is not to be recognized in any official capacity with regards to the Imperial Marshal Cabinet or the Minsitry of War. Furthermore, it is to be reminded that it remains the prerogative of the Secretary of War to handle recruitment into the Regalian Military, not any other organization. Should a supposed Cabinet or Taskforce be desired after this gathering, the War Ministry welcomes any and all formal discussion on the matter to pass along to the Imperial Marshal Cabinet, and in the meantime reminds all interested in military service that the Secretary's Office is always open for appointments and discussions, requiring only a quick note beforehand to schedule.

We trust that the Secretary of Faith will keep this all in mind as he conducts this independent gathering, as he has done with penning his disclaimer.

FROM THE DESK OF THE SECRETARY FOR THE FAITH
A PROCLAMATION​

On this day, January the 30th, a follow-up proclamation from the Office of the Secretary for the Faith was made.

1. A much smaller notice was merely tacked on, citing and repeating a statement from the initial proclamation.
"This Summit shall not be recognized as an official gathering of any Military or State officials and remains "interested civilians" until approval is given by the Marshal Cabinet or a similar authority."

Attached to this was a picture of a green dragon with flies surrounding its head. What this meant was anyone's guess.
