FROM THE DESK OF THE SECRETARY OF THE FAITH
A PROCLAMATION
On this day, September the 21st, a proclamation from the Secretary of the Faith was made.

1. On the Subject of Estel Worship, The Secretary for the Faith dictacts a soft "guard" over Estel Worship related arrests within the Holy City itself, due to ongoing attempts to organize the Estel Faithful into serving the Empire openly. The results of this and whether it has any legal bearing will be made clear on the following Sunday, September the 29th.

2. On the subject of Frisit Worship, after a majority of the Isldar populace of Regalia has come forward to take the Regalian Dragons Oath, and sign up to serve in the Kathar War, thereby stating their faith to the Imperial Dragon comes before that of any other wyrm, Frisit Worship is no longer illegal within the entire Empire and has been stricken from Holy Law III. Isldar outside of the Holy City are essentially reduced to a "don't ask don't tell" policy of Dragon Worship, and are expected to profess faith in the Imperial Dragon if asked. Otherwise, no great attempts to stop Isldar violence abroad is made. @BillyTheScroofy

2. On the subject of Sinful Nobility, The Secretary for the Faith extends a formal warning to all houses who have "engaged in sinful or non loyal behaviour to the Great Way", identifying the Kathar War Effort as the current test of faith for all of the Peerage. Proper crackdowns on such behaviour will take place within the next week.
Glory to the Empire.
All official acts of this proclamation are hereby stated for the public record.
