Thats probably not the sole reason as you cant say for definite that the only reason that he was banned is because he raided admins- for a start that would be an abuse of power, and admins tend to be very just and fair with sentencing people.

They are fair, as for a start this server wouldn't run so well if they were just plain power-hungry and tyrannical maniacs.. :O

They dont ban people for that every day, and having a 'hacked client' is against the rules of the server; and so, the ban is justified

Well, people /do/ hack, even though it's incredibly unfair and childish to do. I would assume that the person in question actually used a hacked client and was banned appropriately.
