The current political system of the world, in his view, is a dog-eat-dog world where morals should play no role in the realms of politics or power. This however also means that Sebastien is willing to work in and with the system as to preserve his own position, in which he prefers most of the time. Choose your Character Personality Type The Debater (ENTP-A) Sebastien according to the 16Personalities Test is The Debater. This can be summarized due to his knowledgeable and energetic style. Hence, it makes him a particularly shrew businessperson and salesperson. However, other apsects in The Debate category inhibit him. That includes insensitivity, intolerance and a combative nature when in conversation. Choose your Character's Religion Unionism (7/10) As much as Sebastien would prefer to be a Unionist Absolutist on the matter of religion, certain factors hold him back. One of those being the clear principle of Unionism that opposes same-sex relations and Sebastien has been conflicted with this. Life Story (Required) Sebastien was born to his parents Mona and Peter Delecluze in Joyau-vert du Nord, Ithania. During his childhood, he lived a very cosmopolitan life, as his father worked on the eastern coastline as a port-worker and his mother managed the home (but did tutoring on the side). His mother, Mona, taught him thoroughly in the art of needle and thread. Under her guidance, Sebastien became a skilled at threading garment, but never pursued this in employment. Their family was devoutly Unionist, like his family, he too adopted the customs and belief system. Sebastien had a very peaceful childhood, along with his four sisters, he attended schooling and when ten years old, worked as a newspaper deliverer to many of the more wealthy districts of the city. It was expected that he would grow into an adult and work in the ports like his father, but he did not want to follow in that image. Instead, he sought further education in the capital of Bijoux-vert-plusse-rême. Using the savings and connections he had made through the newspaper work prior, Sebastien left home looking to expand his horizons and escape the eastern corner of Ithania. That proved successful, and at age eighteen, he was studying full-time in the realms of finance and politics. While living his life in Bijoux-vert-plusse-rême, Sebastien began to explore himself and came to the realization of his homosexuality after several short-lived (and secret) relationships. During this time, a friend from Joyau-vert du Nord notified him of a new role in a bank that had started. They were looking for bank tellers, so once he finished his education, Sebastien returned and found himself working for Sécurité Bank. It operated mainly in Carnigoux de Foix Hivre, with little connections or branches elsewhere. Still, this work was pivotal in the development of Sebastien's career and success. With his expert financial expertise, he moved through the ranks of the bank, often not hesitating to step on others below him to reach his goals. This unabashed careerism did not go unnoticed by those in the top echelons of the company, who had been particularly surprised (if not disturbed) at his quick ascent to numerous leadership positions in the Bank. His family, on the other hand, were very excited for him. It was this that drove Sebastien, but things would not remain rosy for very much longer. Threatened by his ascension and thus his threat to their power in the Bank, he was snubbed by the company. They 'offered' him a lower-paying position in Regalia in a very sternly worded letter, the Bank informed that he would have to be re-located to the Archipelago or face the possibility of losing his current employment. Without many other choices, at age 31, Sebastien Delecluze moved to Regalia. Despite it being an effort by Bank management to silence him, he has taken it as a new opportunity to prove himself and bring pride to himself and his family again. Down on his luck and without many regals on hand, Sebastien has attempted to turn his luck around in the city. He is hopefully trying to re-build himself and prove him more than worthy of an interesting and influential life.
