The first cases of people practicing this specific fighting style are still unknown, given that there haven't been any recorded cases of a collective group practice. However, it's founder had been practicing the form for a little less than fifty years, dating back to around 260 AC. It wouldn't be until 308 AC when the School of the Arcane Fist would properly begin to be founded. After the birth of her daughter the founder wanted to pass her knowledge onto others in the hope that it may help strengthen them the way it did her. The school's main goal now is to not only teach people the fighting style, but also a way to tap into one's spiritual strength through meditation and both physical as well as mental discipline. It also strives to help spread the knowledge and interest of the Elemental and Spirit schools of sorcery by offering the chance to further delve into the discovery of the history behind the both of them.

The idea of discovering the history of these things will be driven through progressions mostly. However, should an actual arcane structure or object that pertains to either Spirit or Elemental sorcery appear there will be in game exploration parties held.
