Good day citizens of Regalia,I stand before you today to announce that I shall be running for Oligarch of the military district! I recognize the Military district is one of, if not, the least known and used districts throughout the grand city of Regalia. I plan on turning the Military District into something much larger and more magnificent, and to bring glory to its name! If I am elected to the Oligarch position of the military district, I promise you, the citizens of Regalia, I will do everything in my power not only to improve the Military districts, but to Expand on and improve the entire city of Regalia!

I plan on accomplishing much if I am elected oligarch. A few of my many Ideas for the city of Regalia include expanding the ports, and allowing Factions to dock their ships along the Regalian cost! I plan on raising a Regalian guard, to jail all of the vampire scum that lurk in our streets! I plan on lowering the taxes, and making homes more affordable to those that are struggling to make silver! And I also plan on listing to the needs of the Regalian people, and doing everything in my power to get the people the change that they need, and give them the voice that they deserve!

Plans I have for the Military District and the City of Regalia in general include:
- Expanding the Port: I have heard many players ask for and play at the idea of having player-owned boats within the Regalian port. I have considered this idea, and would love to expand upon this concept and make it into a reality.
- Regalian Army: As oligarch of the Military district, I would strongly fight for and be in favor of a Regalian Army / Guard used for cleansing the streets of Thieves, Vampires, and to put a stop to any out of control drunken brawls in the alleys.
- Vampirism: I, like many of the other Oligarchs, intend to put a stop to the wretched disease of Vampirism. I believe vampires should be banished from our holy lands of Regalia, and any vampires found who return to Regalia or directly worship MrsBaver should be publicly executed.
- Expansion: I strongly support and would encourage the expansion of Regalia, and I would push to see more built outside of the city walls, such as Farms, Lumber mills, and even larger Estates. I am also in full support of Mecharic's Idea of a Farm district.
- Voice of the People: I, as an oligarch, would always be open to the ideas of any citizen, be it elf or human, noble or peasant. I will listen to any ideas that are brought to my attention, and consider bringing them to the other Oligarchs (as long as it isnt too absurd
). - Military District: I have traveled through the Military district quite a few times now and noted how small and plain it can seem to be compared to the other districts. I would like to add more decorations to the Military district, and give it just as much of a prestigious look as its name bears.
- Events: With many immigrants flowing through Regalia, I would like to hold many public events and contests to keep Regalia a very lively and active city.
