I think that the few role-play staff should attend the tavern more often, it is quite hard to get feedback or support from the staff if they aren't there. I think they are doing a great job on the forums, but it would be nice if they, when they were free, would come to the tavern to help judge and manage role-play. Just a thought, leave your comments or ideas below, just be nice about it.

I was accused of witchcraft cause I was present for all of the deadly events to happen, let alone I was laughing when Celine almost killed herself when she went searching for her records to save.

I am now writing this in a large, empty cell with a small bookshelf of Shakespearean speech books, and a very small, and hole-y blanket.

Another thing to consider, is that some staff scorn rping at the tavern due to it being packed with bad/god/horrible rpers. I am not one of them, I just frequent the library a lot more often due to my character's nature. He isn't the most social type under most circumstances.

The Roleplay staff are active roleplaying all the time but they have no special title in game so are hard to recognize. They also are forum staff and do not manage things in game.

Most of the time, I don't go to the tavern because I end up almost killing a vampire anyway. So...That's why I'm mostly at the Noble District, the Guard Square, or some other random place.

I might start going to certain locations so it would be easier to find me.
Those places are my most frequent destinations.

I am usually at the Tavern managing the roleplay if it gets too rowdy or someone ask me to help. A few other lore staff can also be found looking over the place.

maaaaaaaaaaaaayyy i clarify that celine was meaning to save family records, such as documents, books, etc.

There are many legitimate reasons for wanting to avoid the tavern. I hope to see the other roleplay spots more frequented and that certainly won't happen if everyone just sits around the tavern...

Basically, if you want to do good roleplay, stay away from the tavern, cause you can count on it that there will either be a bar fight, someone killing a vampire, or someone twerking on a table.

I think that is mainly because a Tavern is usually was people imagine to be at. If you think about it, ex.in The Hobbit, the beginning Tavern scene seemed to have a work to people, let alone the Dwarves also singing about in Bilbo's house. I think they imagine their characters having an ale, singing songs, getting into barfights, etc. since most of us seem to actually base characters upon movie creations or stories. Let alone, there are plenty of people there you can make friends with.

If there were happen to be a new area, what exactly would it be? The Tavern is for singing, drinking, and cheering, but there really isn't too much else that does the same, let alone is close to Spawn. To get to the tavern, you just need to go straight, bam, a beautiful tree and beer. Tons of RPers as well. Good stuff.

Not many other places do the same. The church isn't much further either, but people never go in it because it just doesn't have the same mood. The fireplace, the balcony, the rooms.
  • Warning, somewhat off topic, but thought I might as well mention.
Let alone, as stated above, people don't seem to base their RPs very realistic, either. Ex. talking to random women at the bar, starting so many bar fights, sure, it'd happen once or twice, but this often?
Let alone, people only base their healing on magic or actual bandages. This is Medieval ages, correct? Not everyone knows this, but a barber didn't just cut hair, they also performed the dirty healing ex. surgery, or lancing. And it wasn't just *Lance* *Bandage*.
It was more;

Apply a frog onto the infected area. Wait for the frog to pop, then apply another. When they stop exploding, lance the wound once, then cover it with blessed water and wrap it in wool.

Nonetheless, I'll still support the idea.

SWARMS OF BABY SKELETONS AND ZOMBIES, THE HORROR!!!!!

Ever heard of the creepy joke of "I will eat your babies!"
Welp.
Seems quite the opposite in this matter.

I am at the tavern 50% of my free-time on Massive, and when there, I usually find a way to punish bad/god/annoying role-players.
