The efforts by the State Government to tackle the conundrum of the Anglian Misery have thus far been extremely lackluster. To solve the failings and inaction of the last government to address this matter, all organizations with ongoing projects delving into the Misery shall submit themselves to the apparatus of the Scholar Ministry and work beneath the oversight of Lady Genevieve Howlester. To assist Lady Howlester, two individuals shall be appointed to serve as ministerial assistants, while additionally assisting to rein in the cooperation of other state apparatus. Vhilomir Kade shall occupy one of these seats, and is placed over Minister Marie Peirgarten to provide state oversight and ensure collaboration between the ministries proceeds smoothly. The other shall remain vacant, for an open forum to be held in the near future to allow individuals knowledgeable in the fields of history and arcane the opportunity to assist in resolving the Anglian crisis.
Additionally, a new capital law has been signed into legislation to reflect the severity of the crisis we are faced with.
- To withhold information or otherwise misdirect or subvert the efforts made by the Regalian Empire in investigating and resolving the Anglian Misery, and with adequate presented proof, is punished with being cast into the mist.
