Dwight Pendav, has a bad reputation because (I think please correct me if I'm wrong) he's either related to Razzana Pendav somehow or is married to them. And then we get rumors of him.. well.. messing with Noell hath while liking Razz at the same time. So basically Syrum (My char who knows everything... kind of) kind of witnessed him letting Razzana feed on him through the lips. (Because she was a vampire at the time which was yet another illegal thing he's done) Then a few days later Syrum is eavesdropping on Razzana like the nosy creep he is and he hears something about her regretting it. But yet he couldn't hear much because they left shortly after. So there you go, gossip. I should be the Dwight Isle Informer lel.
