Effective the 13th of September in the year of 307, the Ministry will commence the sale of The Regalian Defense Bonds series One and Two. These defense bonds will be sold in limited quantity to any who seek to approach the Office of the Secretary. Defense bonds contribute to the war effort and each Regal exchanged will serve to bolster the men and women abroad who proudly protect and serve.
A single Defense bond costs 20 regals, and returns an investment of 25 regals after maturing for five years. Additionally, the war bond may be sold back to the government at the conclusion of the war in limited amounts and for 22 regals per bond. War bonds are transferable and any amount of them can be bought, but a citizen of Regalia may only return 100 war bonds to the state after the war and 500 war bonds after a period of five years.War bonds of I307 expire on the 7th of September, 337AC after which they can not be returned to the state.
Defense Bonds Series One: War Bonds I307
Defense Bonds of series one, given the colloquial name of 'War Bonds' serve to directly aid the front of the war. War bonds supply the soldiers, aiding the state in paying their wages, supplying their food and weaponry, as well as funding the maintenance cost of the instruments involved in warfare.
The state, as of this decree, releases 45,000 War Bonds for sale to the citizens of Regalia.

Defense Bonds Series Two: Civilian Bonds I307
Defense Bonds of series two, given the colloquial name of 'Civilian Bonds' serve to aid the supply and logistics of the war. Rather than supporting the war itself, bonds of this nature are used to aid those who help the Regalian State, including but not limited to mercantile ships contracted by the State and Physicians and Doctors sent to the war front to aid the wounded and diseased.
The state, as of this decree, releases 5,000 Civilian Bonds for sale to the citizens of Regalia.
