Archived Regalia Needs More Guards!!!

Recently, Regalia was sacked by bandits including Knives America and Smoochi Walace. I only saw a few guards at the scene which I thought weird. I personaly belive that if Regalia had more guards, Froodl and many other citizens wouldnt be kindnaped. What do you guys think?

my opinion? a few guard is a lower chance to get caught on crimes...more guard higher chance of stopping a crime.
more guards are thus needed indeed
