I am searching for possibly dangerous mages that are UNCOLLARED to help me to rebel against the laws against mages. if you are interested, message me on the massive craft server, or email me:
mattthegeek607@gmail.com. I accept all mages, although it is best if you are a mage with dangerous powers.

Remember that all rebellions must be approved by lore staff. All characters participating in the rebellion must be approved, too.

A few tips.
1) You should probably have far more of an RP back story to this. It would give you far more legitimacy, as well as show people you are serious and worth listening to. Right now you come across as some random Frak whose just trying to feel empowered, which I would hope isn't the vibe you are going for.

2) I am pretty sure this qualifies as an uprising of sorts, which requires staff permission as far as I know. I would certainly look into that, so A) this can actually happen and B) you can get some potentially (extremely) helpful information about how to go about this particular quest.

3) I would also try to make some art, lore, and general work into this group of yours. The more time you put in, the more likely the staff are to approve it.

If you want help making this group seem more legit, feel free to send me messages. I'll help between classes, PT, and Watches.

hehe, this seems a valid reason to me, something else then "idunliekregaliangovermentlet'srebel"

Sureee, I'll join, as this will probably entertain me for a single day [andgetmekilled]

Since Ven ain't dead yet... I'll probably be fine with joining this. I mean if @suzzie2 is gonna be there then it's bound to be a decent bit of fun.

Keep in mind Ven is a man with heavy alterior motives. I wouldn't recommend trusting him in the slightest. =)

Sounds fun, except for 2 reasons.
  1. I don't have an approved character.
  2. I like my Elf how he is. (Not dead, that is.)

Exactly how do you feel that you need to make a mage rebellion? The lore of starting this rebellion is pretty much non-existent besides for the fact that you want this dangerous magic you are planning to use to be legal again.

Wanting knowledge is a perfect reason for an uprising. Mages are basically powered scholars. Knowledge is power, and power is everything. So its a perfectly fine (lore wise) reason for his character to want an uprising. He may want to expand his group's reasons to gather more followers, but from a bare bones technical perspective his reason is valid.

Besides, Regalia's being a jerk, and restricting magic. Most other empires/races have magic freedom. Elves, for example, allow magic freely.

I think all magic can be used as long as it is used correctly. for example, hex mages, shadow mages, etc. can use their magic in wars!

Yeah. But there are laws IC. It's because the characters believe that magic is dangerous, hence the reason why mages need collars and junk.

You're right. That is another excellent reason for the uniformed masses to try and rise up. Even though Regalia has fully validated reasons for acting the way it does, and failure to do so probably would've meant the destruction of Aloria by this point.

Yay ignorance and failure to communicate!

can I get a link for the lore rebellion staff acceptance thing? (I don't know the name of it) (facepalm)

I can see it now... *Bunch of mages go up against Regalia. Lapis lazuli'd.*
