Perhaps. Let me phrase it this way: PvPers are very aggressive by nature - after all, they put most of their game-time into killing stuff. It's not conductive to creating a large, self-supporting community, and tends to drive the less dedicated people out of PvP. Even the dedicated PvPers can be driven into inactivity because of the flame wars that generally pop up whenever a raid happens. As such, PvPers have a tendency to be more self-destructive than the other communities on the server.

Magnanimus may not be the only thing to pvp but they are the ones who are raided the most and or have raided the most along with all of raptum, but raptum is basically go and mag i a the only "Big" pvp faction left to face all these new comers who know little about mags style and little of their equipment is enough to fight mag so mag will destroy the little factions and will make the new comers rage and quit the server

There are still active people from raptum not to mention @Asmodeus35 faction called Deldrimor, they have good, active PvP'ers.
