Humanist 12 step to recovery adapted for hackers


1. We accept the fact that all our efforts to stop hacking have failed.
2. We believe that we must turn elsewhere for help.
3. We turn to our fellow men and women, particularly those who have struggled with the same problem.
4. We have made a list of the situations in which we are most likely to hack.
5. We ask our friends to help us avoid these situations.
6. We are ready to accept the help they give us.
7. We earnestly hope that they will help.
8. We have made a list of the persons we have harmed and to whom we hope to make amends.
9. We shall do all we can to make amends, in any way that will not cause further harm.
10. We will continue to make such lists and revise them as needed.
11. We appreciate what our friends have done and are doing to help us.
12. We, in turn, are ready to help others who may come to us in the same way.

First of all, why did you feel the need to make a personal attack on me? This is very unrelated to the thread, this thread is WAAAY off topic by now, but this made me mad enough to reply. Like, this is extremely uncalled for.
Anyways, the staff think I hack based on a report a player made, thus I was banned. Does that therefore mean I was hacking? No, technically not. All this means is that they have reasoned that with the proof provided I was hacking. I'm just saying that when a player is banned for hacking you shouldn't always try to force them to 'confess' like you say. (This is not an attack on staff or staff policy, I am just stating facts since I really wanted Sarge to stop posting things like these.)

Also thor wasn't even banned for hacking ._. Get your facts straight.

So you're perpetuating the problem by telling me I hack and must confess even though I didn't (My point of view)? And also, you're not a psychologist, and I have only talked to you via the forums recently, why exactly do you think I'm crazy? xD

Who said I was demanding a confession. I am a firm believer of the right to deny self incrimination. Crazy? because you are so hard set on convincing people you are not hacking.

Well, to me at least it sounded like you meant that I had to admit, but if you didn't I apologize.
But yes, I want to convince people I don't hack. That's one of the ways you get unbanned, which I would like to be unbanned.

Not really, a player with lvl 200 in all stats can kill someone with lvl 800-1000 in all stats if he's a bad pvper. PVP requires a good bit of skill and know-how. Just like on any game. Even pokemon requires some skill and knowledge to play competitively.
 
This is made for a training thing. I believe nobody here hacks and that is it. I do not appreciate flame on this thread! Keep on track!
 
Small tip: I dont mean this in a rude way or anything but I believe people are going to be put of by the fact that you and the person you mention in your introduction (warlord_hobbs) are banned. I'm not meaning this to offend anyone and your a nice guy! I just think people are not going to trust your ways of playing under the circumstances.
 
Flames come high, it kills the sky.
The area full smoke, we are all just broke
Broken by flames we bring our own, staff get in the zone
Staff klick on their pc in their salon, than suddenly, sunlight, the flames are gone.

Clear this thread. Please.
